SR 16 Liquor

I don’t not recommend this liquor store
I do not enjoy writing bad reviews but I want to save future customers from a horrible experience like mine.
I believe in supporting small businesses and not always going to ABC liquors but this one is not worth your time.
I had a horrible experience
Extremely rude employees
They do not want to help you nor find a product for you .
They are very inappropriate and demeaning
Unprofessional staff and manager
You would think if the assosciates are rude at least the manager would be polite but not at this store !
I am not sure how they have multiple locations.
I dont believe there are any other liquor stores near by therefore their standards are low.
EXTREMELY LOW!
They are in the Publix plaza therefore people low their standards and pay more because it is convenient after grocery shopping.

They dont have some of the BASIC name brands
They defientely dont have any unique or speciaility brands, items or products.
Drive a bit further and go to Broudys or some of the liquor store in St Augustine
Larger inventory, consit
OVERPRICED!
The price points are off.
Some items are 40% more than other stores
Small and narrow store
Very low in space
Not an appropriate fit for the plaza or area

Yes, my friends, you can Unilocal about a liquor store.
And, perhaps even go into great detail about many different things like what brands they carry, price points, customer service, and the fact that you may even be slightly buzzed already when you’re doing your shopping?
That was the case here. We were in town for a music festival and needed to stop in to pick up a little vodka to pre-​game in our hotel room before the shows that night. The vodka offerings were solid and priced fair to match. Nothing over the top special about the store itself or the service but I can’t really complain either.
If you happen to be in St. Augustine and need a little spritzer, hooch, or beer, this is a convenient location to many hotels, restaurants, and shopping.

Recently opened in the Publix plaza on SR 16, this liquor store packs a nice punch– I was very impressed with the amount of liquor and beer stuffed into such a small place. Upon walking in, I noticed how clean and organized the entire store is, coupled with the friendliness of the two cashiers, and felt like I had found a new favorite liquor store.
When you first walk in, the wine shelves are to the left– not as impressive as some of the bigger liquor stores in the area, but you can definitely find something you’re looking for. Walking further in, the beer coolers are in the back to the left– again, you will find a larger selection in the Publix next door, or especially any of the other liquor stores, but they do carry the basics and most popular beers, all at pretty decent prices. The rest of the store is straight liquor bottles, all organized by types, flavors, and sizes. Again, I’m amazed at how much they managed to cram in here, but it’s incredibly organized, and easy to find what you’re looking for (and probably a few extras you didn’t know existed. Honey flavored whiskey? Root Beer Vodka?)
The prices can be a bit more than the other local stores, but if you live out in the area, it’s definitely worth stopping in, decent prices, amazing selection, it’s clean, organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful. They also sell cigars and tobacco. Can’t get any better than that.
