Probably one of the best burger places I have eaten at. Fresh, done correctly and pleasant staff. I will be back.

Just had an early supper here at 123 Burger House. Got the fresh snapper sandwich with the sweet potato fries and spinach salad. The sweet potato fries were off the chart as was the fresh snapper. Great meal!

OMG! Rock Stars of pizza! Travis was a great assist helping us order the best pizza EVAH ! He knew his product and we loved it! All fresh ingredients with great wait staff. Andrew, the pizza master crafted a tasty, light pizza that was packed with flavor. His personal attention was worth the 45 min drive! Who knew that we had to leave NJ to find great pizza in FL, but did!!! YUMMM

This place most be brand new case the building stands out like a thumb just smacked with a hammer. To modern for the area having just gone around and around with the city when building a new restaurant down the road a piece. The place is pretty sweet but then again brand spanking new. The tables are however pretty sweet with some old wood that is beveled, warped, and scratched up(on purpose) then it is banded with a small copper band n screwed in. Pretty nice design to me. Ok the burger joint that serves pizza also. Maybe not the best idea since the town’s most famous pizza joint is maybe 3 blocks away. As the crow flies. Ok I was helped by summer winter’s. I know but she said it was her real name. So I just had to ask if her nickname was fall or spring. Nope was her answer but she did tell me that her teachers used to call her seasons. Ok burger time. I went with the boss burger with supposedly thick cut bacon(maybe not on this one) cheddar cheese and jalapeños raw yet. I don’t like raw jalapeños but then that is why they make chocolate ice cream. Cause everyone don’t like vanilla. Ok burger again. I ordered it mid rare and that’s the way it came. The boy just likes his bloody red meat. I will say that it could have used some S & P thou. No seasonings at all but then you are a tourist town with people coming from all over the country. There was some on the table thou along with mayo, mustard, and ketchup oh yea and salt n pepper. I will also say the seasons remember summer winters was very nice and checked on me a few times. She even gave me a togo drink and this fat kid was happy and tooddled on down the road home.

I’m writing this review after we had problems with our meal. Just hear me out. We came in after driving around downtown FOREVER and couldn’t find parking. We saw that they had a private lot with empty spaces, so we pulled in. We were promptly seated and our waitress came for our drinks. Their sweet tea is perfect, by the way. Then we ordered the fried mozzarella. The cheese came out much quicker than expected. It’s only four to an order, but they are mezzaluna(sp?) pieces, half-moon, and quite large. I ordered the Riberia Street burger 1⁄3 pound and my husband had the Boss ½ pound. Upon receipt of said burgers, mine was cooked perfectly medium with a little pink on the middle. My husband’s, however, was supposed to be medium-rare but it came out barely branded and bleeding all over the bun. We alerted the waitress and she took it back. The manager came over and apologized and another burger was brought. This time it was just about a hockey puck at medium-well. The look on the waitress’s face was priceless. Again, the manager apologized and gave us the burger for free and offered an entrée for our next visit. We could have been completely turned off and refused to be accommodated, but we know that stuff happens and they did everything in their power to fix it. Their fries have an amazing seasoning that will leave you wanting more. Give them a shot, try a burger, or a chicken sandwich. Or even a brick-fired pizza. You really won’t leave disappointed.

First visit today… walked right in and the server immediately took our drink order. From there it was all down hill… ordered the fried green tomatoes appetizer and the $ 9.00−1÷3 pound cheeseburger… appetizer arrived and within 10 seconds the burgers were delivered… bun was toasted and cold and twice the size of the actual burger… had to look for the burger to make sure it was there… No kidding. The general manager came to the table to inquire how everything was so I felt compelled to be honest. I shared that I was looking to see if I could find the burger… he commented.“oh you must have ordered the 1⁄3 burger”… Needless to say, it was dry, tasteless and couldn’t have been freshly made. He left and came back to advise that he took 10% of our bill(big whoop)…very disappointing for a proclaimed«burger restaurant» to try and pass that off as being worth $ 9.00…I’ve had better burgers at McDonalds for a lot less. Furthermore, if you’re going to call yourself a burger place… you should at least be able to cook a decent burger… won’t be going back there.

As we left the St Augustine spirits distillery tour we happened upon 123 Burger. It has only been open a month and is a family owned business. One Of The owners spent some time with us and actually connected back to a friend who owns a restaurant in the Detroit area. 123 has beer and wine for sale at very reasonable prices. My wife had a nice Pinot Grigio for a whopping price of $ 5 and I had a homemade shake. We ordered an appetizer of friend green tomatoes and it was very good. We then split a coal oven pizza which we both thought was very good. I love it when the pizza is thin crust and slightly charred on the edges. Prices were very reasonable and quality of waitress and place excellent. I think this is was better than a lot of the touristy places in town.

Yummy yumm yumm! Thankfully this new place is right down the street from my house. My father was in town and craving a burger, so we walked down and got a nice comfy booth for two with no problem. Granted it was a quiet Sunday night, this place is small so I would be cautious with larger parties. My dad started with the onion rings and said they were some of the best he’s had! Not only was the taste spot on, put the presentation in the fry baskets was nice touch that even my dad commented on and liked. He ate all of his burger and I finished as much of my chicken sandwich as I could! All the food we had was awesome. My favorite was their French fries, hand cut – thick and so tasty! I added garlic Parmesan seasoning on mine! Yum! Heard their pizza was just as good as their fries so we will definitely be back for pizza and milkshakes! Very nice décor and the manager even stopped by our table! Keep up the good work!
