In March, our homeowner’s insurance company sent a letter stating they’d be out to update photos. They did so, and four and a half months later, we got a letter stating that they’d noticed items like skids(used for firewood) in our yard that they wanted us to get rid of. They also noticed two chipped shingles from the ice in January and that replacing those shingles wasn’t good enough, we had to redo the roof. They gave us five weeks to get it done and submit photos to them. My husband knew someone who did roofing at work and found his number. Paul answered our call within hours, was out the next day to give us an estimate, and then came out two weeks later and did the roof. He picked up everything when he was done, and he even asked my husband when he saw him at work if all was okay. I’ll add pictures of the roof he did. He was definitely a lifesaver!
