I thought the yogurt was great but the owner has the customer service skills of a dish rag: –He got into a screaming argument over the phone in front of me and my toddlers. –He snapped at me for asking for a sample for each of my two children before we bought yogurt they didn’t like(as their signage suggested). He wanted to give me only one sample and then decide which one child could sample it. Ultimately, now that we know we like their frozen yogurt, we’ll probably return.

The yogurts are amazing. I love the $ 3 and $ 4 specials, but very reasonable prices otherwise. Wish they could do cones.

We were so excited to have a frozen yogurt bar to go to in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, our excitement turned to disappointment rather quickly with the awful customer service. We went around 20 minutes to closing as a celebration for a job well done for my son. The teen working there was SO not happy to see us plus another group of 3 walk in behind us. He kept disappearing to the back where you could clearly see him with his feet propped up texting on his phone. We had to call out to him each time for assistance. Usually at these places you want to taste the different flavors too. He gave us each ONE spoon to test the flavors we wanted — no tester cups either. We and the other group looked at each other like. uh? weird… but proceeded trying not to touch our mouths to the spoons or just trying one flavor test. He seemed pretty annoyed when we asked to taste the scoop-only flavors that are housed in back. Also disappointingly, when I ordered the California Natural(which is the only flavor I tend to get at these places — and also a scoop-only flavor), I got a super tiny scoop. When I asked for another scoop, he said there wasn’t any more. While the groups were trickling down the line figuring out what to get, he proceeded to sit on the counter and text! The other group were sitting outside on the outdoor chairs and tables they provide and as we left(about 8:45pm) he told them he needed to clean up so they had to leave(sign says they close at 9pm on Sundays). The other group and us exchanged perplexed stares. Don’t think either of us will be returning. As we drove away another couple were going into the store. We went to Baskin Robbins right after this just to get that awful experience out of our heads and since I only ended up getting a half a scoop of frozen yogurt. Their customer service seemed amazing in comparison! Very disappointed because I really want to support our local businesses and especially this one that seems to always be helping a local organization out by donating a portion of their profits. But with that kind of service, it’s no wonder the big chains seem to stay alive.

This is just not my favorite. Nice to have a local biz but I prefer the tastes in other places.

The kids and I came by after church cause I promised them a treat. =) They wanted ice cream, but that other place(you know where) wasn’t open yet… Lol. So I brought them here. What a delight! I enjoyed the friendly staff on hand. She let us have a few samples before we decided on which flavors we wanted. There was a good variety of cool, yummy flavors & toppings. You pay per ounce…45¢ per ounce! It was a beautiful day, so we went and sat on the patio and enjoy our treats. I actually prefer frozen yogurt as opposed to ice cream, so I hope this place is here to stay. I’ll definitely be back to support them. =)

Nice to have a local place to take the kids for a semi healthy treat. They have 12 flavors and a ton of toppings to include cheesecake bites, brownie bites, gronola, fresh fruit, cookies candies and a lot more. There is something for everyone. 45 cents an ounce so get as little or as much as you want. Not too much seating but they have a few outside tables.
