Whataburger

The lady at the drive thru was rude and I didn’t appreciate her stank attitude. And she lied about putting ketchup in our bag. Now I have trust issues. #Drake #wherethespicyketchup #viewsfromsaginaw

Ranch is .38 cents? I wanted one, come on, throw it in the bag and I don’t have to leave angry.

I enjoy going to this particular location. Great service and friendly service. Food is alway the way I ask for it.

Pretty good bacon cheeseburger. don’t get W. much but remember it being much better. I guess I need to find the «right» location, just needs a little work, fresher bread, better veggies &

The manager is sitting out in the dining area at rush time at lunch. The one and only check out line is backed up to the entrance with a new trainee working it. The lady behind me says «Why in the world isn’t the cook wearing gloves like everyone else?» The manager hears her. Perks right up and fixes the backed up line. The manager is now over by the cook. I watched him make at least 15 more burgers and touch each and every bun. Finally the manager says something to him. I was being eyeballed big time. The manager brings me my burger. I asked him «Why did you let all those buns be served when you knew he wasn’t wearing gloves? You could have just trashed the buns before they touched the meat.» He asked if I wanted the burger remade. I said «No…don’t have time for that now. You should have re-​done them as soon as your heard about the concern. A manager of an eating establishments main concern is safety in all aspects.» This is not the first time this Whataburger has messed something up somehow.

Great food., fast service, good price. I have never been let down by this whataburger location. A+

I went here back in December 2015 and had a horrible to go experience. I ordered three meals, one bacon cheeseburger combo, one buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and one other combo. Three bacon cheeseburger was missing bacon and I received a barbeque ranch chicken sandwich.
I called the 800# to let them know but the customer service agent was more worried about getting me of the phone then getting the details. She tried to hang up on me before I could tell her about the second wrong meal.
She took my contact info but never apologised our offered to replace the meals. At this point it’s about the lack of service.
I’m used to them getting orders wrong, now I better get used to them just ripping me off.
I would really like to have received what I paid for, if nut that night then at least soon after. Over a month later and nothing.

Have been to this location several times and the burgers are great. No complaint about the food. My problem the last few times I have been in is with the staff. They are all teenagers and they are more interested in talking to one another around the registers than they are in taking customer orders.
The last time in there were 5 of them surrounding the registers and after listening to their conversations for a few minutes they acknowledged that I was waiting to order. No adult or supervision was spotted on this visit and the conversations continued through several other customers.
They continued talking and gathering around the large front table picking on one of the staff.
In my opinion this is not professional and there is far too much monkey business and not much customer service taking place. Will look for another location and will hope they get there act together because the food is great.
5 stars for the food and 1 star for the service.

This is my favorite Whataburger in the area. The drive-​thru is always busy but they move people through pretty quickly. They run two lines and have people running back and forth processing payments and delivering orders, so that helps. The food is always fresh and is consistently good, so I continue to come back.
The location is brand new, so it’s clean and nice and bright inside. The bathrooms are clean too. I recommend it :)

I love this whataburger. The staff is friendly & officent. I love the monetary melt and the onion rings!!!

So lately I have been cleaning up my diet and putting in work in the gym at least 5x a week… so if anyone can relate, eating clean makes you CRAVE all the unhealthy foods you love and that’s what happened to me last night. LOL the thought of a juicy burger made my mouth water hahah SO literally after the gym, I drove my hungry ass to Whataburger and by all means, I did not regret it ONE BIT.
It was my first time here since the new build this year. This location is fairly clean and the workers are nice! This Whataburger isn’t as big as all the other ones I’ve been to. Ordered a Double Meat Whataburger and got a root beer! OMG so freaking delicious.
The only thing that kind of annoyed me were the other customers «chilling» and being loud. I guess they were friends of a worker or something, but yeah…

I used to clean vent hoods in restaurants for a living. Whataburger were consistently cleaner than most.
Nothing spectacular, but good food made fresh and cheap.
