Diane’s – A Bridal Boutique

Not the best experience. Me and my bridesmaid went to try bridesmaid dresses. Two ladies were working, one of which was new and training. The newer girl ended up helping us. She was super sweet and did such a good job! Majority of the time the other lady was gone I think to lunch. So the new girl helped us alone, and really did a great job. We asked her to measure my bridesmaid and we picked out top 2 fav dresses.
When the other lady came back from lunch she scolded the new girl in front of us which was extremely inappropriate. The lady told her she shouldn’t have measured my bridesmaid because we weren’t buying it that day and really made a big scene about it. It was crazy, we felt very uncomfortable. The new girl did nothing wrong, we asked her to take measurements because we knew we wouldn’t be able to come back in before ordering. It was a very uncomfortable experience.
For one the girl did a great job and should not have even been scolded, but if she had made a mistake it should have been handled differently and not in front of customers! That was very unprofessional. No way to train your employees.

Great place to get your dream wedding dress. My daughter found hers there. I couldn’t be happier with Nikki. She is just the sweetest lady. She was very knowledgable and helpful. Our dress was perfect!

Diane stayed on her day off to help my friend (who by the way had never worn a dress and had no clue what she wanted) find a wedding dress. Diane was so extremely patient, genuine and professional. She made my friend feel beautiful, special and did not pressure her whatsoever. I would highly recommend!

Horrible customer service. The staff need a class on how to treat a potential client. When you’re trying to schedule someone don’t ask them when they’re available, tell them what appointments you have available so I don’t have to continue to repeat when I’m available over and over because it clearly won’t matter if you’re booked up. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude.

Pros:
— A small local business (not a chain!) offering a variety of dresses with a variety of different price ranges.
— The owner is very friendly and helpful and is clearly interested in winning your business. She’s not pushy!
— The owner is knowledgeable and is willing to order anything you need.
— It’s a good location… Not too many bridal stores in this part of town.
Cons:
— It is a pretty small shop with limited selection.
— You have to have an appointment on Saturdays.
— Many of the dresses are beaded and more ornate compared to what I was looking for which is something simple and flowy.
