We love Serene Green. Great people. Great food. Great location. More than just produce. Wish they were open all year.

Fresh fish that is pre portioned and great for a quick dinner or BBQ. Beautiful vegetables and Simply Serene prepared foods are worth trying! Delicious flat breads and marinades are great additions.

Best farm stand! First of all the woman that runs it is lovely. The young kids that work during the summer are also really friendly. I’ve gone in before with my baby and they have graciously offered to carry my bags to the car, etc. Nice to see young kids with manners. Wonderful family operated small business. They carry the freshest produce. Not everything is grown here and not everything is organic but they clearly tell you with signage. They also carry seafood which is a little expensive but in a pinch can be a lifesaver(or time saver!). Inside the stand they have a cold section with some pre-made dips, eggs, milk, etc. Basically if you want to skip the grocery store in town and eat really good food this is provides you with one stop shopping.

I love the local seafood! Plenty of herbs and seasonal items that are local and from the North Fork.

Fresh produce and seafood. Everything is reasonably priced. The veggies and fruit are so fresh, you can practically watch them pick it before you buy it.

Serene Green is operated by a local family who have farming roots dating back to the 1700’s in Water Mill, NY. They offer a large variety of naturally, organic and conventionally grown produce as well as fresh local seafood! Serene Green is one stop shopping for your meal with fresh baked breads and pies, local cheeses and eggs. The farm stand has been there since 1950 and the Smith’s, who own Serene Green, are happy to have restored the land back to farm land which had been neglected between 1990 and 2000. In the field you will see rows of blueberries, blackberries and garlic, just to name some of the crops that are grown on the land. Please stop by and check out this sweet little market. Serene green also will take a seafood order and bakery order one day in advance.
