Total snobbery and attitude from the owner or employee. Will not return. How do you stay in business?

They got my order completely wrong and then gave ME and attitude. Totally rude & uncalled for. Wouldn’t waste my money again.

The most delicious fresh roast beef sandwich on a huge, fresh roll. Was in the mood for a roast beef sandwich and it definitely satisfied my craving. Service was prompt and friendly. Can’t wait to go back and try some of the other sandwiches and specials.

I love this deli. The food is on point. More specifically the chicken cutlet. They make them to order, so they’re steaming hot sammy’s. If I was on death row, I would ask for it ask my last meal. And some of you may think that I’m joking. Clearly not the case.
Anyways, getting past the incredible food… there is one downfall to this place. The old hag named Carol needs to consider drinking a couple gallons of antifreeze. She’s the absolute worst. A stone cold, mean AF bitch. It makes even my great days shitty, until I bite into my sandwich. This miserable sack of ass needs to bite the bullet.

Love the Saddle River Deli. George and the morning crew are happy and friendly. The food is excellent and always fresh.

Hardly gourmet. The sandwich of meatballs was ok. I wish they used clean knives each time they cut bread. They seemed to use a microwave to reheat food.

Good sandwiches fresh turkey and roast beef. Homemade ice tea. Friendly service. They usually have cooked salmon as well as a number of hot dishes. Place is clean and can eat in

Last time I went, I got the buffalo chicken hero and the quality of the bread and chicken was awful. It was huge, but awful. One time before I got a fresh mozzarella hero and there was a big piece of plastic from the wrapper in it.

This place is conveniently located next to a work location. A lot of people go there for lunch, so this review will be based solely on that. Although I do hear good things about their breakfast selections.
It’s a deli, so there’s not much to get excited about. However, they do have daily selections on their hot menu that change.
I would probably give this a better review except for the staff. Some of them are grumpy, don’t seem to care, take forever to make things. They also have a knack for running out of different types of bread. I understand the lunch rush but this was well after that when it comes to speed of service. Especially since there were only four of us in the joint and eight people working.
The cashier has their respective moments, from not acknowledging customers, to being too busy eating their lunch behind the counter.
In all, good food, just don’t expect quality service and be ready to wait. Hopefully your experiences will differ!
