It is know that construction can be very stressful however I had an amazing experience with «On The Sport», Property Management. While it is hard to compete with large companies On The Spot is in the business for 25 years for delivering an outstanding quality and detail customer Service .Very easy to communicate. Great job.

I stumbled upon On The Spot Home Improvement at a charity event. I set an appointment with the owner Mike, and he was a consummate professional from the beginning of my project till the completion. There were many surprises (common for a 100 year old house), but Mike and his crew took it in stride and were still able to finish the expanded project in a timely manner.
Highly recommend Mike and the Boys!

On the Spot delivered exactly as promised to us. The crew came and put up a new roof and gutters, and then we decided to redo our front porch and they handled it all including power washing our house when they were all done. Would definetly call them again if we need anything else. Very professional team.

On the Spot did a great job sealing our windows and cleaning/​repairing gutters. A few days after the job was complete, I noticed one of the gutters they fixed was not aligned properly. I called Mike the owner and he promptly sent back his professional crew without question and quickly repaired. They stand by their work and would recommend to any new or current homeowners. Great job!
