Nice place for Indian grocery. A new shop with nice owners. Clean and spacious. We found lot of stuff, which we were searching from long time. Will prefer this shop over other Indian groceries in Sacramento area.

Best Indian market in Natomas area. I am so, so happy I found this place. They don’t have fresh foods and their meat counter isn’t set up yet, but they have every dry good you could possibly need, and their prices are far better than their competitors. It was bright, clean, and open feeling. I got tons of spices, boxed pre mix spice blends, dry beans, and bagged snacks. They had beauty products, a variety of mehendhi(henna) mixes, jarred sauces, jelly mixes, flours and rices, and a frozen variety of paratha, samosas and veggies. I didn’t confirm, but judging by some DVD covers they had displayed, I think they even rent out Bollywood movies, which every authentic Indian store needs. The best part was the owners! I’m a total white girl so I think I confused them because after I walked in they came out to greet me in the aisles and ask if I needed help. But once i indicated I was just picking up basics they gave me space to shop. And then when I Did need help they were so kind and available. I couldn’t find a couple spices bc I couldn’t remember the Urdu name, and they helped me out.(Try dried green mango powder — it’s the best!) Then during check out they asked me how I used some items, and gave suggestions on additional uses. I want to adopt them as my parents. When something wasn’t ringing up in their system they made sure to update their system right after my transaction to fix the problem going forward. Awesome customer service! I walked out with a bag full of items to last me a few months and spent just under $ 25. They take cards. I’ll be back!
