I’ve been going to doctor Ward since I was probably 6 or 7. I stopped going when I was 18 for about 6 years. I just went back and had my x-rays taken and he looked around my mouth. It reminded me how lucky I’ve had it with dentists. I hear horror stories for everyone about trips to the dentist and dentist incompetence, but Michael Ward is the exact opposite. He was and continues to be the most steady-handed, friendly, experienced dentist I could ever imagine. I can’t speak from experience for his new partner, but if he’s half as good as Dr. Ward then he’s worth going to. Dr. Ward used the exploratory probe to point out things and scrape a bit of plaque and as usual he could scrape without ever hurting my gums. I had one doctor previous to Dr. Ward as a child and I remember going in for a cleaning and coming out with all bloody gums. His dental hygienists have in the past always been well-versed and careful, maybe not quite as good as the doctor himself, but no major complaints. They too are incredibly friendly. I will be writing another review when I go to my cleaning next month.
