Went in and ordered two super burritos. Both of the were ok, nothing out of this world. On the menu it’s said they come with sour cream… Neither of them had sour cream in them… Instead mine had a huge hair in it… :(I really wanted to like this place but now I’m not sure I will go back.

Chile verde burrito was ginormous and delish. Don’t expect any English speaking in here. Hidden gem in the armpit of Rio Linda. Order in the front and the food is in the back. My view is only for the restaurant. The store is quite big. Nice meat counter and a lot of Mexican groceries. Definitely worth checking out.

update super burrito price is now $ 7 still lacking in the quality of what the burrito used to be 3 years ago when it was $ 5.50. they are increasing 50 cents a year. they still don’t add chips either. i increased 1 star from my previous review since the flavor is still better than other places around the area. but, this visit i noticed that all their ingredients are now precooked and are being kept warm till someone orders. so instead of the 15+ mins it used to take for them to make a burrito, it is now less than 5 mins. this place used to be a gold mine. very sad

Little market on the corner of main and Rio Linda. They have candies, different types of meats, tortillas, snacks, piñatas, etc. You pay at the front for the food and bring the ticket to the back and someone makes it. We ordered the quesadillas, one with potatoes and chroizo and the other with adobada. Also, some tacos with cabeza meat. The total with a couple of drinks was only $ 16.82., not too bad. The street tacos were great and traditional, they start at $ 1.50– $ 1.75. The quesadillas are good, but the potatoes and chroizo was mostly potatoes. I would have liked more meat and the potatoes were really spicy, but I am wimpy when it comes to hot food. The staff was friendly and speak Spanish & English. We will be back, but for more of the cabeza tacos. Can’t wait to try out the lengua tacos.

I usually like to try a place 2 or 3 times before reviewing it and I’ve tried it twice now, with second time being on a weekend after 5pm and they had a lil setup out front. Both times I thought it was some of the best I’ve had. It’s been a month or two since the first time I had food from the inside so it’s not fresh in my brain so I’m not going to rate it like I normally do. But I know we picked up most of my usual’s including a steak super burrito(had lettuce), street tacos, sopes, and I cant remember if I ordered a torta. Second time I ate here was outside about a week or two ago and was just as good. Smaller menu on the outside. I think just street tacos and sopes. Tinoco’s is a couple miles off of Raley Blvd exit. And if your scared of eating in Del Paso Heights don’t worry It’s off the beaten path where Rio Linda starts.

Best birria tacos I’ve had in sac. Would recommend that if you come try a birria taco. Prices were reasonable and I’ll be coming more often.

I new to the area. Every Friday I try a new place. Linda meat market was nothing short of fantastic. Had the super burrito and a taco. It came to my table on a real plate and metal silverware. The super burrito was very large and filled with everything you would expect, rice and beans. Service was outstanding. The staff help me decide what meat I should try. Just an outstanding lunch!!!

I have been passing by this place for years but never stopped until last night. I ordered two carne asada regular burritos and they were very good. I cannot wait to try their tacos and pastries. Great prices, large variety of grocery items and their meats looked very fresh. We will be back.

My favorite place for Mexican food, hands down. They have the best carne asada super burrito. The meat here is also a million times more fresh than the traditional grocery stores. The service is also exceptional.
