I love this apartment complex. I’ve been living here for the last seven months, and it’s really awesome especially the management. The lady her name is Jennifer in the management, she is very very helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions and responds quickly and sufficiently to all my questions. Very professional and has an excellent customer service. Thank you Jennifer.

Beautiful complex. I have lived here for a few years now and ever since the new management has taken place I have been seeing nothing but good things. Very well kept, professional, and friendly. Good atmosphere

The Sinclair has clean spacious apartments with washers and dryers. The complex is clean, dogs are welcome, and the manager Chelcie is awesome. She is always available and has high expectations of all vendors and staff. I love living here

Manager Chelsea is so professional, kind and workable. The property is well taken care of and clean. It is very peaceful and quiet.

The parking here sucks but no one can be perfect. The best part about living here is Chuck he is the maintenance guy and he is awesome. The walls are thin but it is expected since it is an apartment. I have lived here for two years and I think it is in a very convenient location. The mall is close, Target is close My school CSUS is close. I love that there is a W/​D in unit. I would stay here again if I had to chose a place in Sacramento.
