Supercuts

This place has really gone downhill since the old manager left. I’ve been in there twice in the last 7 days and both times I was basically ignored. The first time I walked in and right to the counter. There were two people working on customers. One said to me, «We’ll be right with you.» I stood there for 5 minutes and nothing. I waited an additional 5 minutes and walked out. Yesterday, in hopes of a better experience, I walked in and went right to the counter. One person was cutting a customer’s hair. The employee said nothing to me. I stood there for 5 minutes. I took a seat thinking another employee might magically emerge. Nothing. I left. I know that if the previous manager (Bethany) knew this was happening she’d blow a gasket. But, lesser and certainly apathetic managers are absolutely in charge. You can tell by just waiting… and waiting… and waiting… blah blah blah… (On a side note, this retail center has the smallest parking spaces in all of Sacramento. It’s just not worth the effort if there isn’t anything there of real value.)

Quoted me for 15 min, I waited for 20, and then the older lady with the red hair goes on lunch. Then I get quoted for another 20 – 30 minutes. Thank you customer service. If you value your time, try avoiding this branch.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. CANT EVEN CALL IT A SALON… I went there on 10/​21, I had the worst experience ever. I went in for a simple trim (just take an inch off is what I said). My hair started off below the middle of my back and when I left it was at shoulder length because the girl who cut my hair could not get it even. She ended up cutting close to 4 inches off my hair. I was FURIOUS and in tears. My hair is now at my shoulders, still uneven at the bottom, literally have random strands dandling and everywhere throughout my hair is choppy looking. If you are looking for a decent haircut… this is not the place. If you are looking for professionalism… this is not the place. If your looking to walk away happy and love your new look… THIS IS DEFINITLEY NOT THE PLACE!!!
I asked for my money back, which I finally got after waiting close to 15 minutes for the 2 girls to figure out how to give a refund and then the girl who cut my hair wanted to keep her tip. REALLY! I HAD TO TELL HER TO GIVE THAT BACK TOO.
Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else.

I came in at around 7pm and left around 8:40pm with a haircut and a conditioning treatment. My hair had been extremely processed from all that I’ve done to it so I was need for the treatment. Came in for a cut since my hair was uneven due to a previous hairdresser having cut my hair horribly. Desiree was the one to cut & treat my hair and I’m super happy! My hair is finally soft again, even on both sides and feels healthy! Along with doing a fantastic job, she kept a conversation going which I found to be nice since most places keep the talking to a minimum. I honestly don’t understand the negative reviews, my experience was great. Overall, I’m happy with my experience here and will coming back for my hair needs! Thank you again to Desiree for doing a great job on my hair! :)

Where did Marlee go!!! After moving back to Sacramento, I decided to see if my old stylist Marlee was still at my local Supercuts. I was a little disappointed to find out she had left. After much research, I found her at Hair Revolution on Broadway and couldn’t be more thrilled.

Horrible cut. My daughter has straight hair and they messed up a simple trim. The back is uneven and when I pointed it out to the stylist she looked at me like I don’t know what I’m talking about.

The staff here is very friendly and the women who work here are beautiful! The location is perfect to. And the prices are reasonable. I am warning you though, don’t let that beauty fool you. They can not give a nice fade to save their lives. I have been there 5 times hoping they would get better and my haircuts only got worse. I walked out today furious I had to pay for what looked like someone went to town on my hair with a machete lol! I have noticed they do good with womens hair and even basic male haircuts. But remember don’t ever ever ever go in here to get your hair faded. You will walk out looking like someone beat you up with a weed eater. I wish they would just be honest and say «I’m sorry sir I can’t do those types of haircuts.» instead of making me pay for this sad excuse for a haircut. Like I said they are nice and beautiful but geez give me a break!!!
