Great team and facility. Personal training doesn’t get better. Great attention to detail, focus on goals and accountability. You want to work hard and look good? Ask for JC. He runs a tight ship an hires only the best. Don’t wait to look and feel great!

Another amazing gym by Elite Fitness and Performance. I was very excited when JC (the owner) opened this Midtown location. It is the perfect one stop shop… they have bootcamp classes, spin classes, personal training… PLUS TANNING!
The location is a great central spot at J and 25th street and with the Studio on the second floor it makes for a fun city gym feel. But it is the staff and the owner JC that makes this place so incredible! They care about your fitness goals and push you harder than you would push yourself on your own. Their level of care is not what you receive at your basic gym. My membership is worth every penny to me!

Studio EFP is located right in the heart of Midtown. It’s on the second story which gives it that loft, city yet private feel.
Not only does this gym offer boot camps but they have one on one personal training sessions, a cycling studio, tanning and massages.
JC has been my trainer over the last 5 years. There has been gaps (meaning months :-/)of me taking a break but he’s always checking in to make sure I’m eating healthy and keeping up on a work out regimen. He definitely keeps his commitment to your health and fitness goals long term. Definitely check this new place out!

I can honestly say, this is by far the best gym I have ever been to. The Bootcamp classes are a great workout and the personal training sessions are always challenging. I have to say one of my favorite parts about this gym, minus the great workout, is the staff. The owner, JC genuinely cares about his clients. He wants them to succeed and he loves what he does. His staff will challenge you and make you push yourself further than you thought you could go. Great new location! Try it, you will NOT be sorry! Go team EFP Strong!
