Steve Indrajana – State Farm Insurance Agent

I had renters insurance supposedly by this office headed by Brenda who at first seemed nice to talk to! But when something went amiss w my payment I just got cancelled w/​no notification! Called in July 2015 to try to reinstate my renters policy but no phone call from Brenda (imagine that) then today 9÷10÷15 called and spoke w/​Scott who seemed clueless and I asked for Brenda but he made up some bullshit excuse she was on the other line yeah right but then said she was unavailable!!! If u can’t come clean w/​a customer about renters insurance u shouldn’t work in the office! I was told by Scott about 10 times he could sign me up but no payment plan could be made because he said its noted in my account I cancelled w/​multiple agents and when I asked him which agents have I cancelled with he couldn’t define an answer but kept repeating he could get my policy started w/​no payment plan! When I asked again the agents he’s referring to he hung up on me! What kind of bullshit customer service is this?! If u can’t answer a question be up front and say so don’t just hang up and when I called back he was the one who answered the phone and sounded like a bumbling idiot!!! If an insurance agent can’t provide names of so-​called agents that u cancelled with according to their records then it’s time to move to a more up to date staff who knows what they’re doing and not people like Brenda and Scott who leave u hanging and don’t return calls!!! State Farm is not a company I will insure w from this point forward because of incompetent folks like Brenda and Scott!!!

I have had my insurance through this office for a few years now, and every time I deal with them (particularly Brenda Holt), I am amazed at their level of customer service. I know, the whole State Farm thing is «like a good neighbor,» but I genuinely do feel that the folks at this office DO provide that level of care.
Every interaction I’ve had with them has been 100% taken care of on their end; Often, I don’t even have to worry about doing anything. It’s like magic.
