Smoking Hot Strippers

This company is an absolute joke and rip off. I called to book a show for a bachelorette party. Diana answered and told me to book through them and told me that other companies were ripping people off and canceling shows on them the day of. I booked with them and told them the dancer would get lost trying to find my house that the gps takes them back roads. She said they would call if they got lost. The night of the dancer was over 45 minutes late. I called and Diana hung up on me multiple times and was absolutely rude. When the dancer finally arrived, it was not the guy I ordered. They tell you to choose from 4 men on the site and they will send 1 of the 4. This is NOT the case. He was not even on their website. This may sound bad but its the truth. I not big on the dancer having to be attractive as long and he has a nice body and can dance. This guy was covered in cystic acne from head to toe. It was on his face, chest, back, and legs. There was a massive pimple on his back and it almost looked like it could be MRSA. He didn’t have a nice body what so ever and couldn’t dance. The outfit he showed up in basically didn’t play the part of a «cop». He played songs multiple times. Most of the girls at the party left the area where he was dancing because it was so bad. I tried to call Smoking Hot Strippers to complain and Diana told me to call back on a Friday that Todd would be there. When I called back she said he’s not here or he won’t be in until later. So i kept calling back and she would ignore my calls and send me to voicemail. I finally called from a friends phone and she answered. She’s said Todd had stepped out and she would have him call me back. She also said don’t you think 5 days is a little late to file a complaint? I said no, not when I get hung up on every time I call and never get a call back. Needless to say she never had him call me back. The $ 225 I spent was NOT worth it. People, DO NOT use this company. They are VERY unprofessional and will rip you off.

This company is so unprofessional and pushy I called and spoke to a «Jackie» who was very rude and when I told her I was shopping around and would get back to her she cussed me out and said «go ahead you’ll get some fat ugly guy instead of what you order» and then proceeded to tell me that she doesn’t want me to call them back and she doesn’t want yme to order through them and she wants me to get screwed from going to another company ! I was appalled by her behavior and told her that I will make sure that NO ONE I KNOW EVER orders a dancer from them and I hung up. This women had the nerve to call me back and threaten me by saying «you don’t wanna f*** with me we are not nice people AND I have your information.» Well here you go little miss Jackie, although its a better review than you deserve. By the way they also own multiple other local online sites and I do believe she picks a name out of a hat when you ask who your speaking to probably to avoid getting reported to the police for her threats.

Called in to make an appointment with a stripper for my friends bachelorette party. Turns out my friend knows the stripper as a family friend, and felt it would be an uncomfortable situation to have him show up. So I called to cancel. The woman on the phone, Brooke, told me I was not allowed to cancel. I insisted and threatened to find another company unless she complied. She told me to F*** off and she would be charging my card a fee. I argued that there is no fee for cancelling more than 5 days out, as per the website. She insisted these were new rules and it was tough S***. Then she proceeded to tell me she would be calling my phone the night of the bachellorette party to harass me and ruin my night. i called back to speak with her manager and was hung up on nearly immediately. Avoid this place like the plague. I created a profile for the sole purpose of writing this review, it’s the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had, I WILL be contacting the better business bureau.

So, my friend booked this place for our friend’s bachelerette party and she told me to call to confirm our booking and i did and talked to Diane and she is super nice, but i hear that there is a girl in the background named brooke and she was so loud that i can hear her over the phone, she said, why is she calling back again, she needs to stop calling because it is on the booking sheet. Brooke is super rude, i dont think she enjoys her job there and needs to look for something else

attempted to book a party for our son who just arrived home from a tour overseas. this company was very unprofessional.
the woman called and asked for me, and when my 11 year old asked who it was she started to cuss my 11 year old out, saying we cannot cancel, and they were still going to send a girl out. then she hung up. i immediately called back, and was put on hold, then was greeted by a woman who repeatedly used the «f» word, and told me that we were not allowed to cancel a party, even though we had called to cancel at 9am. and she didn’t call back until after 3pm. i advised her that if she sent someone we would send them away. she stated that she would be calling the cops all night long on our party. and then stated «don’t fuck with me bitch.» and hung up on me again.
i did contact the police dept. and advised them of this confrontation, to avoid any problems, we were told we could have them removed for trespassing, if they do not leave when requested.
too bad companies like this are so unprofessional.
