SCAM ARTIST! THIS GUY TAMPERED WITH MY PRODUCT’S PACKAGING AND SOLD ME A CHEAP PRODUCT IN AN EXPENSIVE BOX!
So I went in there to get a dry herb vaporizer on the way home from dropping off a friend who lives not far in the neighborhood. Asked to see a couple pens and immediately started pushing the $ 200+ pens, I tell him what I’m looking to spend, something in a double-​digit price range, keeps showing me pens that are $ 20 – 30 more than what I was looking for, before going back to try and sell me the best, he said that about a number of pens.
I’m getting frustrated and say I’ll have to leave and come back later, and he starts dropping prices by $ 10.
I insist I don’t want anything out of the price range, after 15 minutes of going back and forth, he shows me a SKYDA 8 that was in a display case. It is finally something in my price range, I pay and leave.
I go online to look at reviews of the pen… however, the SKYDA 8 pen vaporizer has a number of different parts — a e-​cig liquid chamber, and a piece that is used to fill the chamber. I go through a number of sites and videos looking at the SKYDA 8, and looking at the instructions inside the box. The instructions are for a SKYDA 5. I google SKYDA 5 and find that the pen I got was actually a way older model, and about half the price I paid for mine. The box says SKYDA 8 but the pen, instructions and packaging inside is for an older, lesser model pen, the SKYDA 5! This guy tampered with the box and put in a old pen in a newer box. Can’t even go back and ask for my money back because he clearly displays a sign that says NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
