All the veggies you can pile high, meats too if your are into that sort of thing. I hit this place up every other week or so to get in a healthy all-you-can-eat option. Love that the veggies are fresh and there’s always lots of pineapple and tofu!

Went here for dinner tonight with my boyfriend. We got it to go. When we got home my foam box had been melted and my food was falling through the bottom. I didn’t feel like eating chemicals so I didn’t even eat. My boyfriend got half way gone with his food and found a long hair in his noodles. He lost his appetite. Slightly expensive. Won’t be returning.

This place is super yummy! We usually go here before or after the movies;) it’s quick and easy, you get to pick whatever suits your taste buds! Yummy veggies, create your own sauce! Only thing that is difficult for me is eating a whole bowl! I know it would be impossible to regulate, but it would be cool if you didn’t finish only 1 bowl you could take the rest! ;) I’d rather go here and spend 12 $ on food and drink, then have some stale popcorn and overpriced rubber hot dog:)

Some of these reviewers here are idiots! They have a SIGN at the cashier that clearly states that at LUNCH it is one time through, not all you can eat! How can you possibly get confused about this? Also please tell me what«all you can eat» restaurants allow you to take food home in a bag? The correct answer is NONE! I have had better Mongolian BBQ but it’s really not deserving or 1 – 2 stars.

Food was very tasty. It is buffet style. You gather your raw veggies and meat then they cook it in front of you. While you are getting your food cooked, someone brings egg rolls and fried rice to your table. A little pricey but still pretty good. for two of us the total for dinner was 26 $ All you can eat.

if you want a convenient, asian, veggie, stir fry centric experience, next to the regal theatre in Natomas for $ 10 plus the cost of a drink, $ 1.99 come here. It’s all you can eat. plus you will get an egg roll and small bowl of fried rice at your table. however if you are anti-plastic don’t come here. all the bowls and cups are plastic. the salt, pepper and soy are in glass. not a good choice for light eaters, e.g. children or seniors. this is a one menu, all you can for $ 10

I have eaten here regularly as it is close to my house. Not much to say other than its Mongolian BBQ, you walk your line selecting your meat, vegetables and other ingredients, it tastes as well as you flavor it. The ingredients are always well stocked and the counters and tables are kept clean. The cooks are very good and I would like to tip them a little each time I get a bowl, but… see below. Lunch is non buffett style(large bowl) and dinner(smaller bowl) is all you can eat(except for rice and egg rolls apparently from other reviews, I have not experienced that though) The prices are a bit high for my taste. I usually have to pack tight 3 bowls just to feel as though I get my money’s worth and after that I’m ready to explode. With the amount they charge, sometimes I feel less obligated to tip the cooks. Lunch is good other than if you order to-go, the hot oil may end up melting through your styrofoam container(ask me how I know.) Overall, I will continue to eat there when I have a craving for Mongolian, but sometimes there are cheaper options that can ease my cravings.

Take your business somewhere else. These people don’t appreciate their customers. Dinner is all you can eat but they only give you 1 egg roll and 1 bowl of rice… When we asked for more egg rolls we were told only 1 per person. We asked for more rice same answer. I suggested they post on their menu of these restriction. All you can eat is all you can eat! And the woman with curly hair walks like a nazi around the table and kept mean mugging us all night because I made a suggestion.

Went here for lunch 2 of us $ 21.95 service was not great asked for 2 more rices and 2 more egg rolls. Guess that is frowned upon. Meet is curled and frozen to take up more room in bowl… So I decided to grab a bowl and smash it down. Apparently this is frowned upon also. Heard of a place in Folsom that serves rice, soup, and an egg role and frowning is not allowed. Not really sure about the last one but gonna give it a try even though this one is close to my work.

This restaurant is a great concept. You’re able to chose exactly what goes into your meal(which I love!). You can pay $ 7.99 for one bowl or $ 9.99 for all you can eat. Customers are able to chose from 4 different meats(pork, beef, chicken, and turkey), a variety of veggies and sauces. If it’s your first time and not sure what sauce combination would be best, they give you a house recommendation for mild or spicy. However, you can do whatever you want! They place seems family owned and was neat and tidy. The only reason I gave them one less star is for the really hands-off service. As seen in some of the other reviews, no one came around to say hi or ask how our experience was going. Other than that, no complaints here! Would definitely come back again!

While I wouldn’t say that this place is exactly award winning its not terrible either. I went in for lunch so the deal is just one serving(dinner is a few dollars more expensive but all you can eat). The meat options include the usual chicken, beef and pork. There is also a good assortment of veggies and a tofu option. Lunch also comes with a serving of rice per plate(which wasn’t bad) and also fried egg rolls(also ok). In terms of service, there wasn’t a whole lot of interaction with the staff except the girl we ordered from who was nice. Other than that the rice/egg rolls were at our table by the time our food was done and we went to sit down and drinks are self serve so there was no waiter/waitress.

You can pack your bowl full of the things you think you’d enjoy most from the selection(a choice of many different meats, vegetables, and sauces with one choice of noodles), most of it shrinks from being cooked so you might want to pack it close to overflowing or not. The dinner included egg roll and rice are a little simple, but to me they’re just right. I had two ladle-fulls of the House Sauce and one ladle-full of the Hot Sauce(with little pepper seeds floating in it for spice, typical of Chinese restaurants as well). The employees are friendly enough as a whole, but I enjoyed interacting with the cooks the most, even if it was just saying«Hello» and: Thank you”. The place isn’t spotless, but I didn’t expect it to be with everyone serving themselves and the wait staff being rather polite and mostly hanging back while you go through the line.

This is one of my fiancé’s favorite places to eat and we will usually have dinner here before a movie. We came here for dinner on Friday night before watching Jurassic World. It wasn’t too busy or too slow and had a good amount of customers for all these bad reviews! :) The dinner is AYCE with an additional small bowl of fried rice and an egg roll. Both the fried rice and egg roll are pretty bland, but still cool to get some extras. I really like the concept of this place. All the raw ingredients for your bowl are laid out buffet style. You fill your bowl with whatever you want and how much you want. There are four types of meats(chicken, pork, beef, and turkey) and lots of veggies to choose from, but only one type of noodle. I wish there were more noodles to choose from, but I still like the one they offer. Then you add your sauce and oils — there are recommended sauce combos if you are unsure what to add. I usually copy the recommended sauce combo, which is always delicious! Then you bring your overfilled bowl to the chefs and watch them cook it in front of you on the large wok thing. Your bowl is cooked pretty quickly and then handed back to you. There are a couple types of peanuts you can add on top after. I was really amazed by the concept and the large wok thing the first time I came here. The wait for your bowl is not long since there are always two chefs cooking at a time. This place isn’t usually one of my top picks, but it is pretty good, especially if you are starving and want AYCE. Stuff your bowl since everything will shrink down when cooked! The ingredients are fresh and you get to pick what you want to eat. If your bowl isn’t good, it’s your fault for picking the wrong ingredients and sauces! Try again on your second or third bowl! :P

I wish I could say something good about this place but I can’t. They didn’t greet me when I got there or when I left. They never came by table to ask I needed anything and the employees weren’t very friendly. There food has potential but because I didn’t have a good experience I will never come back to this place.

All you can eat! I can never take advantage of that because one bowl is already quite filling. But my husband loves it and he also chats with the cooks in Mienh! We like to add the meat and veggies in first to smash them down with noodles later and then add a ton of sesame seeds. The location is great, even though it’s not the prettiest place. The fried rice and egg rolls add a nice touch, too.

Let me begin by saying that I love to eat here. It’s a great place to go eat before catching the kings game, and I go here every time before a home game. It’s set up so that you walk in and select your meal and pay At the counter. Then, you hop in line at the buffet style line of several different meats and veggies and noodles to throw into your bowl(s). There’s an extensive sauce and oil bar to customize the flavor of your meal. Then it’s all thrown into the grill and cooked in front of you. Takes about one or two minutes and always delicious. I recommend getting the all you can eat, unlimited bowls for less than ten dollars. My only con for this place is that it can get get quite disorganized on a busy weekend night. Be sure to watch your table when you go for round two or it may be cleared and taken.

I occasionally come to this location with my father who loves Mongolian style food, this location has two ways you can get your food. Lunch(one bowl) and dinner(all you can eat), the prices are 7.99 for lunch and 9.99 for dinner. Which is very reasonable provided you know their little trick. This food location is in the plaza with a Walmart, Home Depot, Pets Co, etc. The plaza is usually pretty busy and this place can be pretty busy during lunch time from the nearby business workers. When you decide to give this a shot keep in mind the way this place works is you grab as much as you can in your bowl and build your own bowl. Some of the meats they always have is chicken, beef, pork, and the last mead usually varies(I’ve seen turkey, and lamb the few times I’ve been here). Other condiments you can add to your bowl is noodles, greens like spinach, broccoli, onions, and some more that I can’t recall off the top of my head. Then there is a sauce station, you can add as many scoops of house special sauce, teriyaki, cooking wine, sugar water, etc to your own liking.(There is a few more I can’t recall off the top of my head), however fear not if you don’t know how much sauce to add they have recommendations at the top of the sauce station. Lastly a last station to add more goodies on your bowl before they cook it in front of you on a circular cooking platform. They meal is cooked within minutes and there is a spot you can add peanuts and grab utensils like chopsticks. When your bring your bowl back to the table the server usually has a egg roll, sweet sour sauce, and a small bowl of fried rice at your table. Sodas are extra charge not included with buffet. Check table, seats, utensils before eating(this is why I gave them a 4 star, if feels like everything is sticky but not dirty to the point it leaves a residue) You will come out of this place smelling like Mongolian BBQ. They have a male and female bathrooms.(not so clean during my visits)

I don’t get all the bad reviews? The food was decent, servers were good and who cares about the décor, you’re there to eat and stuff your face for $ 9.54. If you’re in line and the guy two person ahead of you makes a mess don’t expect the servers to come running over to clean it up. They’re polite enough to wait until the line clears. So all you picky eaters don’t come here looking for all the bells and whistles. It’s an all you can eat Mongolian BBQ it is what it is. Take it or leave it.
