Site for Sore Eyes

I recently went here to get glasses for my girlfriend, luckily they took my insurance so we were both able to get our appointments taken care of the same day. The staff is really helpful and the optometrist is very friendly. My appointment went very well, and I was able to get a great deal on a pair of glasses (that desperately needed updating) and a deal on my contact lenses. Overall I spent way less than I expected to get my glasses and contacts, the staff was willing to work with me and offered me a great deal on both lenses (I had my old frames) and my contacts. I would definitely recommend this store to more people.

I first came to this location when I finally decided to buy new glasses. I have been very picky about frames but there was a pair I tried on that were just what I wanted. They were pretty expensive (to me) but I decided to go for it. I had my glasses in about two days and they were great.
Sadly, I was at work and the glasses were broken. I brought them straight in and was helped right away. I was given a deal on the exact same frames (although not black) with lenses and all. A VERY nice deal. The woman was very nice and helpful and knew how much I had loved the glasses. She also referred me to an eyeglass repair place in which I can some day get the broken pair fixed. I would imagine I will have the new pair from this location rather quickly.
I will do business here again.

There are a few times when being taken advantage of teaches a good lesson. Site for Sore Eyes is conveniently located on Florin Road/​Greenhaven and Rosa the scheduling person couldn’t be more friendly… however the office does not accept VSP, and Dr Hoverman was very condescending in approach. When my daughter’s eyes were dilated she was encouraged to select expensive frames, only to discover they were not covered… an expensive lesson learned! The predatory nature of this office leads me to believe there are other optometry offices that would be a better choice.
It is vitally important to business that when a customer writes an unfavorable review that measures be taken to correct the problem or misconception!
Site for Sore Eyes on Florin Road has done just that! They truly went out of their way to make our experience better. They delivered the glasses to our door step, they explained everything in detail so we can submit our Bill to our insurance, they even gave my daughter a discount on her glasses!
You can’t ask for a better response from a business! So I will retract my earlier review & give Site For Sore Eyes (Florin) an A rating for customer satisfaction!
