I was looking for service for my Regency fireplace insert and called Rustic because they were listed as a dealer. Brian took my call and assessed my problem. He then connected me with Jim Davidson of JD’s Fireplace Services. Brian’s customer service was great. Jim was able to squeeze in an appointment for me (it is his busy time of year with fireplaces) and was able to diagnose and fix my fireplace quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. Thank you!

I don’t usually give ratings this high but, I shopped for some flagstone at probably 5 different places until someone told me about Rustic. At first I was ready for the usual «here’s what we have and these are the prices». The sales person that helped me (Nicholas) had the right answers like how to work within my budget, choosing the right stones for the job, giving me a bit of a discount and being professional. Everyone there was very helpful and very very nice, except for the yard guy, a little grouchy, but the temperature was probably 102 degrees that day so I gave him a pass, I mean loading rock on any day isn’t easy. I urge anyone to stop by they have a beautiful showroom and a huge selection.

Picked up a dozen split firebricks last week. The service was friendly and helpful. I got help bringing the bricks to my trunk. He even recommended a specialized mortar supplier that I might need for my project in the next phase.
I was only looking for the firebricks, but the showroom and yard were accessibly and appeared diverse. Between Rustic Brick & Stone and Dal-​tile, I should be able to find anything I need around Sacramento.
