Roman Tile And Stone

We scheduled an appointment for them to measure and provide an estimate for some tile work we needed done through a 3^rd party agency (an agency through the Floors & Décor store). They never showed up for this confirmed appointment so we spent a whole afternoon wasted waiting for them and my husband even took time off work to be there for it. When we called to see why they flaked, they told the 3^rd party agency they went to our house the day before in the morning (so a completely different day and time than the appt) — and saw a contractor’s car parked in our driveway so they drove away. This is a complete lie as there wasn’t a contractor over at our house at that time (Roman Tile was the first and only company we contacted at that time) and I was home all day that day. It seems like they flaked on the appointment and made up a lie to look good to this agency. I wouldn’t have been so upset if they could have just told the truth or called and canceled last minute.
