I have fairly thick and unruly hair that likes to do it’s own thing so finding a good hair designer is not easy. Too short, and the cowlick comes into play. To long, and it’s just a mess. I am able to just tell Raquel, «Just make me look good, and I like it short.» She hits the nail on the head every time. I dread having to to anywhere else and will wait if she’s booked when I need a cut. On a personal level — she’s a high vibrational woman with good sensibility and easy to talk to. I definitely encourage anybody with difficult hair to give her a shot. I think she’s been cutting my hair well over a year now, and she cuts two of my best friend’s hair too — one for like 10 years!

She is Sooo sweet!!! My daughter LOVED her and the way she cut her hair! My daughter is 6 and got a very bad cut. I was referred to Raquel by a friend. Raquel was able to get my daughter in the very next day and worked around our school schedule. She was so friendly and gentle, my daughter almost fell asleep in the stylist chair! She really took her time to make sure it looked amazing, and it did… a super stylish little A-​line bob that looked adorable! I really appreciated never feeling rushed or less important just because it was a child’s cut…1st graders gotta’ look good too, right?! I will now be taking my son and husband back to her too! Thank you!!!

Raquel is the best! We recently had moved to Sacramento and ended up meeting her on a flight to Vegas. I ended up going to her salon soon after so she could fix my mess that another stylist did a few months before. Lets just say the girl before left chunky low lights and highlights all over, leaving some hair with stripes (it was bad). Raquel thankfully fixed it! She also did my extensions (and color) for my wedding which she did an amazing job! Every time I went back home everyone would mention how healthy my hair looks, thanks to Raquel! She really knows and loves what she is doing and is completely honest with you. I loved when it was time to get my roots touched up because she’s so much fun to hang out with while doing my hair.
