Rite-​Aid had an item on sale in Sunday’s paper. I went to the store to get the item, and they didn’t have any on the shelf. They said a truck was coming Tuesday, to come back then. I returned Tuesday and they still didn’t have any of the item. They said another truck was coming Wednesday, to check again Thursday. I called Thursday and spoke with three different people to be told they had it on the shelf. I went to the store, within 10 minutes of the phone call, and they had NONE on the shelf. Very poor customer service. Either they can’t read or they flat out lied just to get me in the store. I have a disability and it is difficult to go to the store, which is why I called. Very poor customer service. Fortunately, there are other Rite-​Aid stores if I decide to buy it from them. In this case, I went across the street and bought the item from Walgreens.

After their recent remodel, this is a pretty decent Rite Aid. Considering the location anyway.
If you can make it through the front doors without being accosted, you actually have a decent shopping experience. The staff here is friendly enough. I see lots of folks taking advantage of the ice cream station during the summertime. I don’t typically come here for the pharmacy but I have filled a couple of scripts and they were fast and friendly. I mostly come here for random sales, cosmetics and of course their cheap beer and liquor.
If you’re in the area and need some cough drops, beer or maybe a fifth, this is a good stop.

The employees here suck. Rude, incompetent… Ya I get it, it’s just a Rite Aid, but really… it’s on my way home and I still cringe going in. Even the «security» guard makes you uncomfortable by checking you out and catcalling.
