Waited one hour and forty minutes today for lab work. I did not know you can make an appointment as my lab work was ordered by the Dr and needed to be done the same day. The waiting room was full of people and not enough chairs for everyone to sit down. I don’t know why it took so long to be called but it would have been nice if the front desk told you when you walked in that the wait is well over one hour so the people can decide what to do. Not a pleasant experience at all.

This is in a fairly new building. The waiting room is 100 times nicer than the other Quests I’ve been to. Went here for Blood Test on a Thursday about 7:30 am. No appointment and 4 people ahead of me. I only had to wait about 7 minutes. The nurse was friendly and helpful. For what it was I had a great experience here.

I was in the Quest lab on Q street yesterday and had a great experience. I was greeted in a friendly manner, they had my faxed in orders. I was in and out of there in 9 minutes. Yes, I did have an appointment, that always helps.

Nothing like sitting in the waiting room by yourself for an hour listening to 7 phlebs BS. After all that they drew my blood in the wrong tubes and had to go back for another draw. I hate quest

While there are many local locations for this business I choose the Q street one because I had another appointment nearby. There is parking under the freeway even its not listed anywhere, you access from R street and 30th, 75 cents per hour no validating. My good morning at reception was answered with«sign in here please» and they are consisitant because they greeted every 3rd grader I mean every client the same way, I know this cause I sat directly in front of the recept area while wating about 20 minutes for my 8:15AM appointment. No big deal, but when you enter their tiny area for tests there is no privacy from the other clients. There are three chair/stools each facing each other so its cool if you enjoy watching others and being watched having blood drawn into tubes. These owners wouldn’t spend the cash to provide a small privacy screen, tacky. I mentioned this to my blood taker and she just kind of mumbled thats just what they have. These employees seem unhappy or stressed as I imagine comes from their supervisors and that comes from those above them. Stikes me as the kind of place where there are MANY meeting about increasing productivety.
