Park Tower

Beautiful building in an amazing location in Downtown Sacramento!
It’s located in Downtown Sacramento on 9^th across the street from a cool little park and within blocks of Andy’s Candy Apothecary, Estelle’s, Insight Coffee, Strings Urban Kitchen, Mother, KBar and soon the new Arena!
There are a ton of thirty minute and one hour parking spots all surrounding the building so if you are going to stay for any length of time, plan on walking from your car.
The entrance is nice and fancy with two big cat statues on either side of the entrance and a nice tile entryway with plenty of elevators (6+) to quickly move up and down between floors.
Unilocal held an event on the 25^th Floor which has arguably the best views of the city! There are views from every angle looking into Downtown, Old Sacramento and to the River. There is no bad view from this tower!
Currently the 25^th floor is unoccupied, but would made a stunning restaurant, club or a nice penthouse suite for when I win the lottery… :D
