Orkin Pest & Termite Control

I have been in the customer service business for 11 years and have a very high standard. We have a 9 month old baby so I have tried everything google said to do the get rid of the weevils a natural way, but by day 4 I was still finding these nasty beetles around the house so I called Orkin and they were able to come out the same day. I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph (pest control route manager). He came to our house to deal with a weevil problem that I had been fighting for 4 days. The weevils came from a bag of corn feed that I had in my craft room from a corn hole bag project. Joseph was VERY honest, personable, nice and not pushy about anything. He gave me great advice on getting rid of the weevils and preventing them from happening again. Even though we ended up not needed any services after his inspectionI would happily call them again for any future pest problems. I will be recommending this branch to any without question! I’ve been a costumer with this company since August and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody! I recently discovered a bed bug and was bitten several times, so I called on a Monday. They took my info and details of the problem and I was told that my local branch would call me. In the meantime, I sprinkled Diamotaceous Earth around my house. Next Monday rolled around and I still hadn’t heard anything, so I went to the website and submitted a request for service and got a call a couple of hours later. Again, they took my info and details of the problem and I was told that they’d call back. Here it is, almost the next Monday and I still haven’t heard from them! It seems to me that they don’t really care now that I’ve signed a year contract with them! While they are ignoring my calls, the bed bugs are breeding! After my contract is up I will be going elsewhere for my pest control needs! Orkin can kiss it!!!
