Pizza was ok thin crust, really liked the salad. No chianti was a negative when I’m eating pizza. Service was great.

Food was decent, but we were so disappointed in the service. We came at 4 pm on a Sunday. There were only a couple other small parties present but our food came cold, and we tried desperately to get our server’s attention multiple times to get cutlery and a second round of drinks. She seemed to be having an off day but I wish she didn’t take it out on us. I’m low maintenance but we were so delayed our party of 3 didn’t get out of there for nearly 2 hours.

OneSpeed has been my go-to for pizza with friends. They have a great selection of items, and fun specials day-to-day. The wait can be kind of long during peak times, but there’s a nice bar conveniently located across the street. There’s also a small bar inside of the place as well. Parking is street parking, and you can usually find some room in the residential areas nearby. I generally order the same thing every time I go, so variety wise, there isn’t really too much for me to review upon. A few of the things I’ve tried: Appetizers — Frito Misto: 5⁄5 This is a great appetizer to share with friends; it’s pretty much tempura’ed veggies and shrimp and deep fried lemon with a yummy aioli sauce. — Herbed Fries: 5⁄5 Their fries are bomb. Think McDonald’s fries with herbs and spices. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. — House Made Focaccia with Spicy Red Hummus: 2⁄5 I wasn’t a huge fan of this. The bread(at least for me) was a little dry, and the hummus was so-so. My friends loved this dish though. Pizzas — Margherita: 5⁄5 You can’t go wrong with this one. Lots of house made sauce, and pieces of melted mozzarella with springs of fresh basil. — New Jersey: 3⁄5 I’m not a huge fan of lots of cheese, so this wasn’t a real big hit for me. This one was more cheese, less sauce(it’s pretty much like a margherita flip-flopped: cheese everywhere with sauce dollops). If you like cheese, it’s probably something you may like, but not really for me. — Specials: 5⁄5 I’ve had one or two specialty pizzas(changes every day I think?) and they’ve all been super good. If you have a chance, you should definitely try it. The one thing I love about this place is the additions. I love that you can add extra things onto your pizza to customize it. Also, the service is great. One time my pizza order was incorrectly made, and they actually remade the pizza for us; the waiter also took responsibility and comped our pizza — but we felt bad so we pretty much tipped the cost of the pizza in addition to our regular tip. OneSpeed is definitely a fun place to try out with friends, and they servers are all super nice and great. Would definitely go again.

What can be said. Their service is slow and all over the place. We waited 10mins to get a water, another 5 to get it. Their bruschetta is unique in that they replaced the tomatoes with cream cheese and the basil with canned spinach. The $ 4 lemonade is 90% ice and only when you ask for more are you told there are no refills and you’ll have to pay another $ 4. Their pizza still good but don’t go for the restaurant experience, you’ll be disappointed and feel ripped off.

The parking was not easy to find. The wait time was great. Came in sat down and the waiter was ready to take out drink order. The food came promptly and was very tasty.

Awful. If not for my beautiful company, this would have been the worst dining experience I ever had. The waiter was terse and rude, forgot to put our order in, and after over hearing my girlfriend say how I disliked olives while ordering, curiously he brings out a bowl of olives. When we asked for a box for our pizza, he brings our food back wrapped in aluminum foil! This would have been easy to overlook had not a table nearby had just been given a round of one speed boxes for their takeout. Maybe it was my glasses, maybe they were just busy, or maybe it was the fact I was in an interracial couple. Who knows. What I do know is that One speed only has one speed: deliberately, rudely slow.

I really don’t want to be the different one amongst all of these star-studded reviews but I guess I’ll have to be that person. I feel so bad because I came here to lunch today on my superiors at work. I don’t normally eat pizza so, not wanting to offend anyone, I ordered a «lighter» pizza. I should have gotten the vegetarian pizza but I ended up getting the vegan — the«white bean purée» and eggplant sounded really good. Well, to make a long story short, it was super ugly and tasted like a whole lot of nothing. Literally, the only flavor I could taste was the olive oil and, oh, the kalamata olives because you can’t miss that taste even if you wanted to. I’ve never had vegan pesto before but I assure you it won’t be a mistake I make again. I think the eggplant could have been dehydrated a little more before roasting. I gave it two stars because service with enthusiastic and the homemade lemonade was pretty legit. My coworkers seemed to be happy with their meals but their orders were nothing like mine. Something else next time if I go back.

This is a great spot to hang out but it gets packed pretty quick. Service is amazing. My bf took me here for date night. He had been here once before. We waited less than 10 min to be seated, which was great for a full house. Waitress sat us and served with great service and professionalism. I was very impressed with her. We ordered a clam pasta plate but I wasn’t too happy with it bc it was a bit salty for my taste. There was no where close to be a pasta plate. We ordered a shrimp plate for appetizer. It was good but too salty. My bf got a pizza. It was good. It seems like this is a great spot for pizza if you want pizza. The beers were great as well.

This place was amazing! Great service, great food and great atmosphere. Three of us came out to One Speed around 7pm on a Wednesday night. They were pretty busy to my surprise, so we had a 15 minute wait for a table. Well worth it, but I know now that they take reservations… which I will make sure to do next time since folks with reservations were seated promptly. We ordered an appetizer of marinated olives and the bruschetta. Perfect amount for the 3 of us. I ordered a mixed green salad with blue cheese and walnuts, which ended up being large enough for me to split among the 3 of us. We ordered 2 pizzas as well to split for the table, the tomato and basil from their regular menu, and a Soppressata and peppers pizza from their daily specials menu. All of this food was fabulous! And left us with about half a pizza for leftovers to take home, which they kindly wrap up for you before you leave. At the end of the evening, we were pleasantly surprised with our final bill. $ 55 total for our table(before tip). Very reasonable considering the quality of food and service. We will be back soon!

On 3÷24÷2016, I was heading to this local restaurant located at the East Sacramento neighborhood. OneSpeed is the name brings the customers to experience their amazing, quality dishes from pizzas, salads, and pastas too. As I entered their doors, the atmosphere is very warming and welcoming both inside and outside. The concept is very natural and neatly; very Mediterranean made. The employees are doing an excellent job for making the customers like me an enjoyable service. No cons at all. Now onto the food! Since I need a quick fix food, I ordered their signature dish: the chopped salad. As I ate it, it tasted sensational! The lettuce and cherry tomatoes are very crisp and eatable after rinsing it. Very fresh indeed. The ingredients from proteins to vinaigrette both top the notch very well! What a great lunch for me costing less than $ 10. Parking at OneSpeed can be challenging. You can park at the nearest surface street parking if it’s available to park. Otherwise, you can also ride a bike, walk, or use public transportation easier without the hassles. To conclude, OneSpeed is a great, local restaurant that I really enjoyed and dined there for the first time. Perfect for friends and family gatherings. A worthy visit! My rating: 4 solid stars.

I’ve always given 5 Stars for everything here… but service just hit bottom. While waiting for a bar seat, bartender acknowledged his friends and when seats opened, said«reserved.» Um, what do you think we’ve been standing here for the last 20 minutes… Where’s the super cool guy with the mustache? Not the first time with bar staff. Hope someone enjoyed the full drinks we left at the bar.

I love OneSpeed for the amazing, seasonal ingredients and interesting, creative pizzas. The gluten-free crust is delicious and their salads are filling. I’ve had many business lunch meetings here and the service is very friendly. They also have a little bar that serves beer and wine.

Better than your average-everyday restaurant, but nothing too exceptional. Our group of 19(yeah, huuuge party!) took out whole wall on the side of the room. They separated us into three separate tables adjacent to one another. Props to the restaurant for being able to seat us on a short notice! FOOD: My boyfriend and I decided to share a pizza and a pasta. He chose the pasta on the Special’s board that night. I don’t quite remember what it was, but it was along the lines of Fettuccini with Pancetta covered in a delicious creamy sauce. It was super yummy, but it was a very small portion for a main dish :( I got the Homemade Italian Sausage Pizza, which I thought was only average. The server told me it was one of their more popular dish, so I had pretty high hopes going in. However, once the pizza came out, I was slightly disappointed. The pizza looked a little boring and sad, and I got tired of it after a couple slices. But I did love the homemade sausages itself! It was different, and tasted authentic. Very spicy. SERVICE: The service was A-OK. In the beginning, the waiter seemed pissed when we asked him to repeat the special. He said, and I quote, «This is the second time I said the special to you guys» with an impatient tone. I mean, we’re ONLY a group of 19 people. There are people who are bound to not hear it the first time. After that attitude, I didn’t want to ask any other questions, in fear he might get all impatient again. Besides the little rude moment, the server was nice. He checked up on us a couple times and generously refilled our water. I think this would be a nice place to have a nice Italian date night. Slightly on the pricier side($ 12 — $ 18), but will come back on a special occasion.

One speed… more like full speed flavor ahead! If you are looking for a good pizza place then you need not look any further! I have been here several times and always had a good experience. They have a good beer selection. The atmosphere is casual but still nice. Good for a date or a get together with a few people. The location isn’t ideal but well worth venturing out of normal locations for a good meal.

One Speed is a pretty cool if your looking for a new place to try gourmet pizza. They have really nice daily specials to accompany their menu. I’ve been twice now and have to say I was pretty satisfied with the experience. Pros: –food seems very fresh and made with care. I ordered pizzas both times and appreciated the quality of food. — ambiance is nice for a lunch date or late night dinner. The smell of the fresh fire roasted pizzas make you excited to sit down and eat. Décor is simply and trendy. –for the most part, the staff is pretty well versed on the menu items and recommending items to try. –it is a bit pricey for the pizzas. They range from about $ 16 – 18 and the other items follow suit. On my second visit, we ordered a pizza(two flavors which ended up costing an extra $ 2) and a calzone for about $ 42. But again the food was tasty so I got over the price of it all pretty quick. Cons: –our waitress the second time was not on her A game. Food in the water cups, slower then average service, and seemed in a hurry. Also when cutting my fiancé calzone(which in my opinion does not need to be cut in 4 because it makes such a mess) she got sauce all over his pants and didn’t seem too concerned. –it can get pretty cramped with seating. If you are someone that needs lots of space, make that known or you may be sitting elbow to elbow with the party at the next table.

YUM! One of the best pizzas I’ve had. Came here on a Friday night and there was a 30 – 45 min wait for a table for two. It was worth it if you weren’t starving. We started with the antipasto plate and it was good. No complaints about it since it was pretty standard. My friend and I split a pizza and it was sooo good. We ordered the veggie pizza and added sausage and it was perfect. Butternut squash on pizza is amazing if you haven’t tried that yet. For dessert we split the chocolate pot de crème. It was rich and creamy, but I don’t think I’d care to order it again. Overall, I really liked this place. The parking situation is TERRIBLE, so that alone might turn me off from visiting again.

Causal Ambiance? Great east side location? Great for groups or an intimate couples dinner? Family friendly? Excellent outdoor seating? Generous food portions, plenty of beer selections? Friendly servers? If you’re looking for any of the above, look no further than OneSpeed, on Folsom, in beautiful East Sacramento! I guarantee you will not be disappointed. I’m always looking for great tasting food, along with a casual atmosphere. OneSpeed, is a great find, and one of those«go to places» when you’re hungry and just want to relax and enjoy food, drink and conversation, though this place is popular and can get a bit noisy during peak times. Love their Gnocchi, they prepare it differently than most places.

I’ve had OneSpeed bookmarked for a while and was in the area on a recent Sunday and stopped in for late lunch/early dinner. I’d read the reviews of my favored Unilocal peeps and heard from others both pro and con. Now my own experience. It was fairly quiet on this afternoon and appeared that the staff was gearing up for the evening. Made my way to the bar and sat with a view of the dining area, the kitchen, and the beer options on the wall in front of me. Greeted almost immediately, beer request fulfilled timely(Almanac Dog Patch), and menu provided. If you’ve ready any of my pizza reviews and comments, I’m picky about my pizza. Some tell me that what I like is not pizza. Whatever. I know what I like and persistent in my pursuit. I opted for pizza from the menu(over soup, salad, pasta, or burger). Of the single size pizza’s, I ordered the Garden Pie(zucchini, eggplant, red onion, greek olives, mushroom, and pesto with sheepsmilk cheese). The crust was puffy around the edges and thin in the middle — that’s how I like it. The toppings were the star of the pie, not the crust — how it should be. The crust is as important to me as the toppings and I like the thin crust that was perhaps a little touch to get through in the middle. I was glad that the eggplant was large cubed and not over cooked. Overall, I really enjoyed the pizza and would order again, definitely. Total tab for lunch was $ 25(including tip). I have no problem paying for good food and good beer.

Any restaurant that theme around cycling FIVE stars. I love not only cycling but triathlons. I just bought my second bike TT Bianchi. So first thing the Logo with the bike wheel, the wheel concept on the iron railing outside on the patio area, and when walk in the restaurant firs thing screams right at you the bike frame hanging on the wall. Lot of the artwork is cycling theme. Seeing all the cycling and reading all the great reviews plus my cousins only heard good things about the place. Excited!!! We shared the Antipasto Plate and OneSpeed Chopped Salad. By the time remember take picture of One Speed Chopped Salad all gone. =(Both dishes were awesome. The Antipasto was simply Amazing. Right off love the presentation everything on the wood cutting board style. It was laid out straight forward from the slices of meat, all the picked vegetables on top(vibrant colors from carrots, celery, olives, bell peppers, and more), The crostini each one toasted to perfection. The fresh mozzarella, fresh pesto, and roasted red bell pepper. Lot going on but each component could have bowl of by itself. The salad was refreshing. I liked the fact that the chicken and bacon was nice dice size portion. Not over the top diced but nice size rather then bacon bits or shredded chicken in salad. Both have place but not on chopped salad. I really enjoyed the dressing. We all shared House Made Italian Sausage Pizza and Calzone«Carnivore’. The pizza was awesome. I love the style of crust thin new york style. The Calzone talk about one of the biggest Calzone ever seen in size. It show stopper when see one of those come out of the kitchen. Interesting. Not sure why not but the server present it to the table. They cut it up to four nice hearty slices. Even if wanted to cut it or tear it up your choice tough luck. Maybe your could but since we were all first timers. Just went with the show. The calzone one dish that felt ok as best. The pizza was much much better in my opinion. The beer list especially the craft beers was really nice. I had track seven micro brew that was tasty. The service was awesome. Our server was very attentive and made our first experience great one. The only thing that was disappointment. When you walk in the restaurant the special for the day on this really nice tall chalkboard. We keep looking at the dessert. Unfortunately they just ran out. Next time.

I am told by a few that this is the best pizza in town. I brought my best friend on her birthday and ordered fresh lemonade, carpaccio, chile corn, one speed salad, a pizza with artichoke and their house made sausages and an all meat calzone togo. Bill came up to about $ 75. Lemonade: delicously fresh! I’m a big fan on fresh lemonade. One speed salad: it contained yummy bacon and a few peices of chicken only. We specifically asked for no Bleu cheese!!! It still came with it. It looked like they forgot to not put it on and then picked it out but couldn’t pick it all put because it was very crumbled. We hate Bleu cheese, ruined our salad. Carpaccio: was not that great, I feel the slices were a bit too big and the sauce on it was not flavorful enough. I’ve had better. Chile corn: so small! There wasn’t enough chile and the kernels were so small because the corn was so tiny, dissapointed. House made sausage pizza: crust was good because it was thin and crispy. The artichoke part was suppose to be the yummy part for us, but there were a lot of dry and hard peices we could chew and we both kept spitting it out. Half way through we just picked all the artichoke off. Sausage was good on it though. Service: my servers name was Nicole M. She didn’t seem to want to be at work. She was very short and her attitude wasn’t the most delightful. What I disliked the most was during the middle of dinner we had a question, while asking her the question her phone apparently was vibrating in her apron. so she pulled it out of her apron and looked at her text message while serving us! I was in disbelief. That right there just pushed my buttons. When she was nice and extra perky was when she handed us the check. Was that meant to say I’m happy your leaving ou I’m expecting a nice tip now? Not sure. But i wouldn’t want her to be my server again if I ever gave this place another chance. My all meat calzone togo: I ordered it for my boyfriend and he loved it, it was filled with meat.
