I had a love trip to Sac that was ruined by the imbeciles working here. First off, there was a complete lack of organization. 2 employees working with about 50 people waiting for their vehicles. One of the valets grabbed three sets of keys at once (one being mine). This makes NO sense; a person can only drive one car at a time.
After nearly 45 mins of waiting for my car, it was finally returned, with major damage to the driver side wheel. The company has yet to call me back after several requests with management.
Do not use this service. The people are incompetent, it is slow, and should you need to contact management to file a claim, they ignore you. An absolutely worthless service.
