Avoid this place. I went to switch phones to one that was given to me but was incompatible with Metro’s service. They failed to tell me the phone wouldn’t work well with their service and charged me $ 25 to switch to that phone. After I discovered on my own that the phone wouldn’t work with their service I went to switch back to my old phone and complained that they had failed to alert me that the phone wouldn’t work but they acted as though they couldn’t care less and charged me another $ 15 to switch back to my old phone. I would expect that employees at a phone store would know more than the average joe about phones and their own service but these guys totally played dumb and swindled me out of $ 40 and I still have my same old phone. I’ll never go here again and discourage others as well. Businesses that don’t care about their customers deserve to go under.

This metro is pretty cool. Never busy and the owner is a cool dude. He has two other employees that work here a couple days a week to give him time off, but he’s here most of the time I come in. I come here to pay my husband cell phone bill and also from time to time other bills as well. This particular location is a new one since I’ve been coming to him. He used to be right next door in the strip mall.
This location is larger than the other one he was in and his prices are not to bad. I have purchased other items from here. I like to come here even tho its a lil of a distance. Its never a wait or busy. Good for me, not necessarily for the owner. It is clean and he has a lot of space to work with. I think that he needs to add a few items because of all the space it looks kind of bare. Its hard to even noticed the phones on the walls.
Because of all the space, the phones on the wall display are barely noticeable, but I’ve been coming here for over a year so I’m sure I will continue, simply because I like the service. No judgment!
