Sacramento, CA
Decent, very small apartment complex (18 units) jammed in between a few others on the corner of O and 18th. Perfect spot in the heart of Midtown. It’s walkable to everything, and close to public transportation for everything else.
Reasonable, responsive management and price. Down to earth landlady on site with a caring, compassionate nature. The covered garage is a nice touch, and worth the extra monthly cost.
