Lady Footlocker

This has to be the most annoying experience ever… So I go in there to get running shoes for the family I have 3 girls and my wife that I have to buy shoes for… So I take my time to pick out the shoes I think everyone would like get the sizes and go to the register to pay when I go to pay my total was $ 438.29… So I got to pay and I pull out $ 500 cash the lady then let’s me know that they don’t have change to give back to me!!! WTF!!! So I tell the girl working It’s the day befor Christmas Eve at 10am how do you no have change she tell me that they forgot to go to the bank to pull change… So I end up putting everything back and I’m forced to go to the Roseville Galleria where FINISHLINE had every thing I needed plus change!!!

Zero stars if I could. The two girls working today were weird and rude. Looked at me as I walked in, no greeting and didn’t try to help me the whole time. Just kept chatting it up. Just stared and me and continued their convo. Didn’t address me the ENTIRE time I was standing there.
Was going to buy a lot of things in there that day but didn’t because their customer service was the worst. I will never be back.
