I went to the one on El Camino and the lady was super nice so I was really comfortable believing everything she said. I’ve been wearing extensions for a few years and wanted to give my hair a break so I decided to buy a wig. It was my first time trying on a wig so I was not too sure which one to get. She helped me pick one that was on display for $ 100. It said 100% «real» human hair so I decided to get it. Since it was the last one, she gave me 10% off. I thought it was nice of her. I put it on the next day, and it did not take long for the ends to start matting up. 2 days later, it got worse and on the 3rd day, I cut off 5 inches because it got too bad. It did not curl either. I cut it to my shoulders and it’s still ends up getting matted every day. I cannot believe that I was sold a synthetic wig, especially since I told her about my past experience getting duped about«real» hair and synthetic hair. I should have known by how cheap it was and how cheap it looked. This is a lesson learned and I will continue to do more research and probably just order online from now on.
