Jack in The Box

Very rarely do I order a burger from a fast food restaurant, but I was in the mood for one tonight so I ordered a Sourdough Jack. The burger patty looked, felt, and tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for 6 hours. I tried to eat it until about half way through I found a short white hair in the cheese… That was it. It’s in the trash. Waste of money and time. And to top it off, no one will answer the phone there so I doubt I will be getting compensated in anyway for this horrible experience.

I like to stop in every once in a while on my lunch break for the 2 for $ 1 taco deal. They say its soy but honestly I’m not sure I really want to know what those delicious 50 cent tacos are made of, I just know its a deal. Anyway, I always go through the drive through and its never taken me more than like 5 minutes from start to finish. Today I even added an oreo milkshake at the last minute and the workers in the kitchen were on it, making me wait no more than an extra minute. By the way Jack in the Box has a pretty awesome oreo milkshake! I see some not so good reviews on here but from my experience it seems like a pretty fine Jack in the Box to me.

2night, I went thru the drive-​thru & the lady in front of me was a mean person. She was creating a scene about how much her milk shakes were & making fun of the manager’s accent. The manager, I think his name started w/​a «G» kept his calm, kept saying «have a great night», «drive safe», etc. and he apologized 2 me that I had 2 wait for so long. No need 2 apologize. I thought he handled everything great & Darius was also the

I have been to this jack n the box a few times and for the most part it hasn’t been good. I was in a hurry and there wasn’t a line so I went anyways. I ordered a breakfast jack combo and it was nasty! So I thought oh well at least there’s a hash brown. Took a bite and it tasted like old fryer oil!!! I spoke with a very nice lady who said she was in charge and that she would like to replace the meal. but at this point I’m afraid to eat anything from there! I will avoid this place in the future!

Fast, polite, and friendly service. We were greeted by 3 different employees! Food was hot and fresh. I got a Jalapeño buttery jack burger and it was tasty!

There is only one person in the kitchen and the food take’s 30 Minutes. Me and my dad went there and it took 30 minutes and we only got a phita peta they left out ingredients its should be covered in Onion’s and not a single onion the next time you want to go out to eat I recommend not going to jack in the box. and we had to guide the cook on what to do. I think it is inappropriate about what happened. I don’t know what to do about what happened. I’m so mad about what happened and I hope they run out of business

The service was OK but that is only the peripheral reason to come to a «restaurant.» I ordered the chicken pita thinking that at least that would be safe since the chicken was not deep fried. It was inedible and I decided to exchange it for a double cheeseburger that turned out to be in the «slop» department of culinary experiences. I do not normally go to fast food restaurants aside from In and Out. It makes me sad to think that people eat this stuff more than as an unfortunate chance encounter that I had on Christmas day when all other places had closed. Unless you are dying of starvation, I would keep driving. If you come to places like this willingly, you may want to read up on what this kind of «food» can do to a body after a few years. Sad.

I actually hit up this Jack in the Box on my way to class, which is down the street on Marconi. I have to admit, I haven’t actually set foot into the store yet, because it’s easier to roll through the Drive Thru window. It’s a very busy intersection, and getting in and out of that corner of the street can be time consuming.
I just thought this particular Jack was interesting in that the staff seems more friendly than most other places I’ve been. They seem to really care about the service, even at the Drive Thru window. I had one instance where my drink had spilled down the side, and the worker took the drink back and wiped it down for me. In all the times I’ve rolled through, they ask me about their service, and if there was anything they could improve on. The first time I thought that was rather strange, but it’s a nice gesture from them to ask that everytime, like they actually care.
The food of course is your standard fair Jack in the Box. You either like it or you don’t. Lately I’ve been hooked on their BLT Bacon Cheeseburger, it is pretty tasty, although one time it’s been a tad on the salty side.
I will definitely need to stop here again, and actually step into the store and see if the drive thru customer service carries through to in store.
