Dining room is filthy. No excuses cause it’s not busy. Workers are just pretty much standing around and some are attending to drive thru.

Long wait times. Rude customer service. No diploma or GED required to work here. Horrible service here. The employees need the basic training for their job since they lack common sense. Avoid at all cost. Food is very sloppy and poor quality. None of the employees care about anything but how they look. Also, they don’t sell milkshakes at this location because the machine is always broke.

I gave them my order in the drive thru and she couldn’t here so I Spoke up a and repeated my order again and then the lady called me a «Smartass» over the speaker! Like what the hell type of customer service is that? Then I spoke to the Store manager and she told me that «We understand English so there’s no need to yell» so much then I left and went to the other Jack in the Box, Down the street which the manager gave me free tacos for the inconvenience and now that’s customer service!

I don’t have high expectations for a fast food joint, but this place certainly shines. Both the drive through service and the lobby service is very prompt. The manager is very nice too.
Just be warned that this area attracts the tweakers and the homeless. Also 2 am on a Friday or Saturday night there is usually a significant line at the drive through for obvious reasons.

I work at the Scandia right next to this location and I am on a 30 minute break. So Im kinda in a hurry. I had been standing at the counter for about 3 minutes before anyone took my order and one guy saw me and still didn’t help me. I ordered and it took about 4 or 5 minutes just for a value cheeseburger and a ten piece nugget. I also work at Wendy’s and we would’ve had that ready in at the least 50 seconds. I have finally gotten my food but I am displeased with the service.

Curly Fries!
Jack in the Box is one of my favorite fast food stops. This location has been good the couple of times I have stopped here. I have only been through the drive through so I can’t speak on the inside.
The drive through always felt a bit slow, but on my last visit it was a Saturday at lunch with a line and they had it moving right along. The service was quick and the lady at the window was very nice.
My order was correct and really fresh. You can tell when the fries have been around awhile but not this time.
I would stop by again for sure.

Wish I could have given negative stars. I walked in before noon and thought it would be busy for lunch and the food would be fresh. I was WRONG. As I am standing there looking at the menu, and I notice the cook slapping burgers together with no gloves. Her hands were filthy and she kept wiping her hair with the bottom side of her wrist. That is a health hazard. I feel sorry for the people eating here. STAY FAR AWAY!

Food wasn’t great. Home town jack is way better. Bathrooms were filthy. I felt like I needed a shower just walking outta the place. Wife said women’s bathroom was just as bad as the guys. The place was pretty slow. We won’t be back. Just a quick stop and back on the road towards reno.

Late night hunger! Yes and we are starvin like marvin! It is usually the same lady who takes our order at the drive thru… she doesn’t seem so excited… or helpful. Basically, a «I could care less if you want no onions on you’re damn Super Star». We are always nice to her even if she gives us a bitchy attitude… because we don’t want our food to be tampered with! haha Kill em with Kindness!
