I have been buying copiers and printers for 25 years from various suppliers. My dealings with the new ownership at Inland is all bad. My advise is that when you do business with these people to get«everything» in writing. I for one will never purchase from them again.

This place of SERVICE is a joke so can I give a negative star? There is no customer service. No one calls you back after multiple promises. I work out of my house and am not ‘open 9 – 5′ so that they can stop by when it is convenient for them to do so. I tell them this every time I call and they still mess up if they decide to send out a service person. That only happens when I finally scream and yell. The people who install the machines have no clue about how they work so you have to wait for the software person to come out which may or may not happen. I have now been waiting MONTHS to get help.

Many«business solutions» companies have as their only goal the solution to their own business. Inland is truly different. They have gone above and beyond in helping my firm meet it’s needs. No mechanical device works perfectly but they do their absolute best to ensure mine do. For this company, it is all about the relationship: making sure their clients are happy and that their businesses flourish using their products and expertise. I couldn’t be happier with their service and expertise.

I have used Inland Business Systems for Copiers for years. I recently agreed to have them manage my inventory of printers for my office. They have done an excellent job of servicing the various brands of printers, as well as keeping them supplied. They get my highest recommendation.

The only reason I chose 1 star because they at least answer their phone. We have a Xerox on lease through and any repair or replacement part takes multiple phone calls and they never call you back and it has happened on multiple occasions. We are a small business that needs the copy/fax machine to be functional and it has been down for over a week RB
