Get It Filed

The service was excellent. I was told by the LA regional office that it takes 5 to 10 days to register a business in California. I needed to start work and couldn’t wait. I found out that you can do an expedited process online from the Sacramento office. I looked into it and it wasn’t feasible from SoCal to fly or drive. I decided to look into options and found «Get it Filed». I was concerned about the limited reviews on Unilocal.However, decided to call a few companies. Jim was very helpful and explained the simple 3 step process and was very upfront with the fees. I submitted the paperwork to file my Articles of Incorporation. He filed my paperwork and sent my receipt via email. When the paperwork was completed, he immediately called me with my corporation number and then scan/​sent it within 2 hours while the original was on route.
I highly recommend the professional cost effective service they provided.

I needed to file an expedited articles of incorporation and Jim helped me through the whole process. He called me when he noticed that the corporation name might not get approved, and made an additional call to the registrar’s office for us to ensure we would not have a problem. I am an attorney in the Bay Area that occasionally needs Secretary of State filings performed. Until this week, I was using another service in Sacramento, that while reliable, was pretty poor in the communication and follow up departments. I was forced to find an alternative service this week, when I called the service I had been using, only to find out they were closed for two weeks for vacation.
After a little bit of searching, I came up with Get It Filed. I called and James answered the phone, confirming that he was working and would be able to file the documents. Unlike the prior service I used, James communicated promptly, clearly, and was very helpful. When I received the documents back, they were emailed along with an invoice. Get It Filed is a great example of a company using technology to keep its customer in the loop and up to date.
I have thrown away the other company’s contact information and will be using Get It Filed (or if I have process service in Sacramento, Serves R Us) in the future.

James gets it DONE quickly! Dealing with the CA SOS is a nightmare because they have got to be the SLOWEST bureaucracy around. In NV, everything can be filed online and without having to pay exorbitant expedited fees. Lucky we have James and Get-​It-​Filed! He answers emails/​phone calls quickly, and you can count on him to guide you through the process if you aren’t familiar with it.
I am an attorney in CA and always rely on Get-​It-​Filed to file documents for me. They are trustworthy, dependable, and their rates are affordable. If you go through another bigger company, they will charge you way more than what GIF charges, and oftentimes, you cannot pick things a la carte, as GIF allows you to.
I will definitely continue to use their services in the future.
