Just received the living room set of Natuzzi Editions we purchased few days ago! Family loves it, looks and feels amazing! Excellent service and quick and professional delivery! After shopping around for a high quality living room set, realized for the price category can have Natuzzi. Loved the staff and the delivery guy Miguel. Good Group of people. Definitely recommend!

It’s pretty hard to find modern furniture in this area let alone quality modern furniture. This store is my only go to place when I am looking for contemporary furniture and other accessories with a unique twist. I have been buying from them for many years and have seen the store grow from a small retail space to a beautifully decorated showroom where you feel like you are actually walking through the different rooms. The quality is absolutely amazing, and when you sit on an Italian chair, you feel like you are being hugged it’s so comfortable. All the lights, vases, statues, rugs etc are so pretty, I love walking into this store!
My interactions with the staff and the owner have also been great. On many occasions they have gone out of their way to go the extra mile to make me feel special as a customer. They have been responsive when I had questions and have fully stood behind the quality of the products they sell. If you want some elegant and contemporary furniture, I would recommend coming here first.

Customer service was atrocious! Do not waste your money or time. Manager is very rude and unprofessional. You are better off purchasing at another furniture store.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE.
I went inside to see the selection they have and was pleasantly surprized. They have good quality furniture but, i was not greeted at the door but rather ignored. Yes they had one customer that they were working with and i didnt mind. After browsing through all their inventory (still being ignored) i had made a few selections and was getting closer to the register only to be met by an angry female salesperson steaming at me with remarks that my 3 year old was climbing on their couches. (THATS WHAT THREE YEAR OLD KIDS DO. They climb stuff.) She made a racial remark at me (i will not go into details) and literally walked away while I was still in shock. I didnt know how to react, and apparently I couldnt because she walked away into an office in the back. A gentleman tried to calm the situation by explaining that the furniture is expensive and that they dont want kids falling off the couch and hurt themselves. Well, thats what they should have told me nicely when i first walked in «please dont let kids sit on couches». I was actually planning to buy two chairs and a coffee table that we were looking at, but instead left apologizing for the inconvenience of bringing my kids shoping with me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The showroom displays are gorgeous. They carry furniture for the dining room, living room, and bedroom. Even though the furniture lines are too modern & contemporary for me and my husband, I was captivated by the beauty of it all. The pieces are high quality modern Italian designed. My favorite piece in the store was the Natuzzi performance recliner; it came in various richly dyed colors in Italian leather.
The saleswoman greeted us right away.

It was impossible to find a store in Northern California who specialized in contemporary furniture, so we were quite pleased several years ago to discover Furnitalia. We had been looking for a dining room set for five years, and were finally able to find and purchase one we loved (and still love and get comments on from interior designers). The whole experience was excellent, from purchase to delivery, to follow-​up. We have bought other smaller pieces and accessories over the years, and recently purchased an Italian leather sofa, love seat, and chair set. It just arrived recently, and we love it.
We deal primarily with Dmitry, the owner, and Lana, the manager (and professional interior designer). They have always been professional. courteous and helpful (without hovering). Any questions or problems have always been handled promptly and in our favor. They also have master craftsmen available to make anything look like new.
We are value people, and that’s what you get with Furnitalia – top quality at reasonable prices. Whenever we look for more pieces in the future, we’ll go to Furnitalia first.

Recently visited their newest location off Auburn Blvd and Hemlock. It appears they are expanding or moving into a larger showroom. While I did not buy anything this time, I did notice their sales staff was still very knowledgeable and professional. Unlike a lot of other retail stores, their standards have maintained a distinct level of quality and customer service on par with the high end furniture stores in the bay area. In fact, while I was there, I interacted with a couple of different unrelated people who traveled from the bay area to shop at Furnitalia. They’re doing something right!
They just started carrying a couple new lines of furniture which looks very promising. One of which I believe is made in America. They have also begun a financing system with little or no APR if paid off within a certain time frame. Please check with the store for more info and don’t quote me as I did not inquire as to the details. Overall, the store is still pleasant to shop and the furniture is amazing as always. I wish I had more money to dedicate to Natuzzi furniture as the leather sectional I bought several years ago is still practically new. Can’t say enough about this place! In a time where the lowest bidder wins and quality suffers, this company stays true to their vision and truly wants to build relationships with their customers. They’re definitely worth a visit.

Furnitalia carries the best quality hand made Italian furniture. This is the best of the best but with prices to match. Dimtri the owner is extremely knowledgable and helpfull. If I could afford it I would buy all of my furniture here.

We have been shopping for nice leather sectionals and decided to make the drive from Santa Clara to Sacramento just to deal with the nice folks at Furnitalia. We bought a floor model and the sales associate took multiple pictures for us and held the sectional for us for a few days until we could come up.
The selection of Natuzzi furniture was spectacular! The owner was working on Sunday by himself so the help was little slow but the 5 minute wait was worth it. He helped us load the couch and wrap it in bubble wrap he found in the back room.
We wish that there was a Furnitalia in SF or San Jose but we would recommend the drive if you happen to find something you love or on sale (our floor model was a great deal).

The furniture was beautiful. The customer service was not. By the time the snooty little sales girl bothered to acknowledge my presence I had decided that I would rather spend my money somewhere else.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The showroom blew me away.
Unfortunately it’s in the Town & Country shopping mall over behind William Glen. If you DO manage to find it, it’s well worth the hunt.
This is some of the most beautiful furniture I’ve ever seen! Pricey yes, but it’s sturdy, amazing looking and you won’t need to replace it for yeeeears to come. Exquisite!!!
