Excel put striping and parking blocks on a six plex I recently acquired. I am EXTREMELY pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. They were reasonably priced, fast and professional. Even called to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Two big thumbs up!

Their staff was nice and professional. They showed up on time at 8AM as promised to give the parking lot time to dry before our business opened at 10AM. Our Patkikg Lot got a nice face lift today, fully ADA Compliant and parking will be way more uniform from now being didn’t have labeled parking before! Thanks guys, we would highly recommend to anyone seeking this type of service!

The business owner Brad is very experienced and knowledgeable. I wasn’t aware that the ADA standards had changed and he brought my existing spots into compliance without my having to ask him to. Our odd-​shaped lot took some creative thought and he was up to the task. He striped a parking lot that was over 115 spots and knocked it out in less than a day. Everything looks fantastic — actually better than I imagined it would. Highly recommended.

Excel has helped us with our parking lot twice in the last year. First for sealing and striping and then for an ADA compliance. They did great work and eliminated the worry of complying with the stringent Americans with Disabilities Act. I heartily recommend them.
