«I don’t need your business.» said the lady here at Elite cleaners in South Sac.
Today I went in with two men’s shirts and a pair of joggers at approximately 10am and asked if I could get the garments ironed. (the garments have special care instructions because of the material that I didn’t wanna ruin because they’re expensive clothes.)
She asks when I need it done by, I said is it possible by 11:30? she walks to her husband in the back who yells to her in Vietnamese, she comes back, THROWS MY CLOTHES on the counter and says «he can’t do it.»
I then give her a few chances to get my business. I ask how long would it take, she replied «he has job, he can’t iron for you.» and I said, okay then how log would it take, «he can’t do for you, he have job.»
I reply, «okay, I just asked you several times how long it would take, I don’t need this until tomorrow and I have all day off tomorrow, so if you’re not going to value my business, I’m not going to give it to you.»
She replies, «I DON’T NEED YOUR BUSINESS.» These business owners don’t care about your business, be cautious of coming here. I wouldn’t trust my value worthy clothes with this group of uncaring business owners.

This business has disgusting business practices. Here is my experience. I drop off one pair of dress pants and try to pick them up on the due date. I get there when they are supposed to open at 9:00 but the owner does not show up and I leave for work 15 minutes later without my pants. I end up picking them up midday Saturday. When I put them on I realize they have shrunk. They steamed them too much to make the crease line. I went back to dry clean 3 more pair of pants and asked that they do not crease them to avoid shrinkage. When I picked them up the owner was 20 minutes late. To top it off she creased them. I told her that that was not what I had asked for and that I needed to try on the pants to make sure they still fit. She then said in an angry tone that she doesn’t need customers like me and that I need to leave. She kicked me out before I could try them on to make sure that they still fit. Her attitude is disgusting and she does not deserve your business. She took advantage of me because I am not an aggressive person but don’t let her take advantage of you.

What a waste of money! I previously came here to get a dress dry cleaned and they did a good job. I came back to get my jeans hemmed, which costs only $ 5. When I looked at the jeans a few days later, the stitching was crooked and the thread was hanging. Ugh! I guess I should’ve checked their work before paying and walking out with them. Now I need to get them fixed. I’m never coming here again!

The owner, Anna, is a sweetheart!
I’ve taken my clothes here for years and she has always been able to take out any stains the clothes may have. I take a lot of clothes at a time, and if I have to reinforce buttons or put on buttons that have fallen off, she has done this for me for free.
Once I told her I needed a dress ready by Saturday as I was going out of town on Monday. Anna called me on Saturday afternoon to remind me to pick up the dress before she closed at 5pm! I don’t know what I would have done if she wouldn’t have called me; I had totally forgot. She tells me she has clients that used to live in the area that now live in Elk Grove and they STILL drive out to Mack Road to take their clothes to her.

This is the best cleaners on this side of town! The lady that takes care of my clothes is the nicest. It’s super cheap but does a good job. Get your clothes cleaned here and you won’t be disappointed.
