I use CPP for both my house and business. Good prices and great service. I highly recommend them. Using the monitoring service mobile camera system has definitely saved me from a few incidents!!!

We were with CPP for 2 years. A family friend was one of their technicians and always took care of any problems we had. He left the company and we are definitely leaving them too. Our alarm was not working so I called and a technician came out to fix the problem. I was in the barn and did not pay too much attention to what he was doing. After a while he came to me and said the problem was fixed, I thought that was a little strange as I never heard the alarm going off. I am sure he would of tested it. That night I go to set the alarm and my upstairs panel is blank– I call the next morning and the technician tells me if he has to come back out it will be another $ 130.00. He was going to talk with his boss and guess what? I have heard nothing for 4 or 5 days. I have now cancelled my service with them and interviewing other companies presently but I still am out a $ 130.00. Terry Mulligan

I guess I’ll be the first to really review CPP alarm. I’ve been with them for about two years and I pay $ 30 for a phone line monitored alarm. I receive a paper bill which I pay every three months($ 90). The monitoring services seems excellent. When my wife accidentally activated the alarm, I was called my a dispatcher to see if I needed police response. Since I was at work, I asked for PD response then called my wife. When I found out it was an accident, I called CPP back and they canceled PD. Seems to be much better service than the huge alarm companies with massive call centers. Every time I call CPP, a human answers the phone, not some nationwide call center answering machine who puts me on hold. This is an important thing if you want to cancel and alarm and prevent an unneeded PD response and a possible bill from the city. The service tech’s know their stuff and installed updated equipment quickly and professionally. All their equipment and fees are reasonably priced. The only recommendation I have for this company is to implement a better billing system other than paper bills. Online billing or e-bill through banks. Also, they offer cellular monitoring which is $ 40/month.
