I love the product and have bought many Clark shoes. I took my father in law to get some shoes after Christmas at the one at Arden mall. The person helping us was horrible. We eventually asked for a different helper but she wouldn’t get it for us. We gave up and went to the walking store where we bought the shoes. As I said I love the product but will never shop in this store again

Store is clean and well organized, and I liked the selection. Service overall was fine, but the person who helped me watched me the whole time I was trying on shoes and stayed right by my side, so I felt self conscious. Normally I like to walk around the store in the shoes to test how comfortable they are and look at the whole length mirror, but I felt pressure to make a decision quickly.

Great location, selection, and even prices. My problem with this store was the staff. Not particularly helpful or knowledge about the products.
