BEWARE! I’ve really tried with this place but the other night was the last straw… About a year ago my husband had brought home Enchilada soup, which is delicious. As I went to add the cheese to my soup I noticed there was mold in it. It wasn’t the end of the world, I just figured it was a one time thing. We’ve eaten inside the restaurant a few times since. It’s always dirty; sticky tables and food on the floor. The food is usually pretty good though and there’s not many chain type restaurants in Natomas. So during our literally last visit, as we were sitting near the kitchen eating, a HUGECOCKROACH crawled out and walked toward our table. My husband had to squish it! I realize restaurants get bugs and rodents occasionally but I don’t want to see them! It makes you wonder what else is going on in there. Our waitress was attentive and nice. The food was okay but having a roach join us for dinner is not tolerable. Also while we were there someone complained because the bathroom was so dirty. We didn’t say anything to the staff about the roach, we just wanted out of there. We will not be going there again, ever!

I almost feel like big chain restaurants like this never seem to go above or below the three-star range in my opinion. Usually not complete crap, but it’s really not great. I don’t think most people come to these restaurants expecting excellent quality meals, but rather convenience and affordability. And with great happy hour specials sometimes these places can be pretty hard to beat. the only thing from chilis that really stands out to me is the lava cake dessert, I’m a fan of the Buffalo dippers and you can never really go wrong with the basic, burgers and fries or other sandwich type options. FYI, I learned that these restaurants are under strict guidelines and are never able to put more than one and a half shots of alcohol in any drink they serve. So if you’re ordering a Long Island or something along those lines, you’re not getting it as loaded as you would anywhere else. It’s not the bartenders fault, it’s the restaurants guidelines. So that means no doubles either.

I frequently this Chili’s for a couple reasons. One is that it is the closest to my house, but the second and more important of the two is that this Chili’s gives me excellent service. I am probably considered a regular now, I come here about once a week. But since the begin of my frequenting, I have received great service. I am a picky eater, and the servers who deal with me have always done their best to accommodate my requests. I eat a lot of soup and salad, as I am in love with the chicken enchilada soup and I love the ranch dressing. The chips and salsa are one of my favorite things about Chili’s, and when I have had other items like their side of black beans, and even cheese enchiladas, I have enjoyed them. My servers always check on me, and even try to have a conversation. I know that part of this might be because I usually sit in the lounge, but when something isn’t broke, you don’t need to fix it. Overall, I am never really disappointed with this Chilis. Thanks for the great service!

Worst service I have ever received! Be careful when you order a medium rare steak, they may bring you a raw steak, and if you order a plain grilled chicken breast they may overcharge you for a chipotle chicken plate with sides. Just go to Applebee’s instead.

Horrible experience. Even worse customer service by the waitress and Todd the«general manager». Both of them were rude, and had bad attitudes. Should have looked on Unilocal at all of these 1 star reviews. It all makes sense now. Will never come to this Chili’s again.

I’m a month or so behind on writing this review but it’s one I wanted to get out. When we went last time, I tried the new Prime Rib burrito. While the burrito was pretty good, the restaurant has a VERY funny idea about what Prime Rib is. The meat in it was chuck roast, NOT prime rib. Totally different texture between the two cuts. I don’t know if they ran out and tried to do a substitute or it was just a scam. Not cool either way. The food is normally good and the service is fair as well, which is why they got 3 stars after pulling that prime rib nonsense. Getting back to the service issue, the servers are always really nice and do the best they can. The restaurant seems to have the same issue I see in a lot of places now though. They’re perpetually understaffed. I don’t know if it’s management trying to cut costs and pad their bonuses, or they jut can’t get people. Servers always seem to have their tables scattered all over the restaurant too, requiring them to do more running around.

Came here around 830pm on a Wed night and it still had a good amount of people still here. We sat at at the bar area and where greeted right away. She was very sweet and attentive. We did the 2 for $ 20 the food was perfect and still hot and fresh when it came to the table. We will be back again.

I ordered online and picked it up in the restaurant. I ordered the fish tacos and my sides were the fresco salad and the Texas cheese fries. They forgot my salad dressing. The Texas cheese fries were overdone. So bad so that the cheese was completely dried up and crusted. I had to cut them with a knife to even eat them. It was impossible to simply pick up a fry and eat it. They were also cold. The fish tacos were dry and cold as well. The cheesecake was good tho. Overall I’m very disappointed that I paid more than $ 20 for my meal.

Went to Chili’s today for a quick lunch since my wife felt hungry and I knew we hadn’t been in awhile. Both of us got the Double Burger off the lunch menu. My side was a house salad and her side was a Chicken Enchilada Soup. Both real good and fresh. She enjoyed her burger med-well and I savored into a well-done burger. Friendly customer service but a little slow for a place that wasn’t jammed pack. So with this I will give this Chili’s 4 out of 5 stars.

About once every 2 – 3 years, I get a experience that’s so bad that I feel compelled to warn others. This was it. Rating is «poor» for all categories. Dirty, bad service, poorly cooked food. Won’t be surprised if there are recent citations for sanitation and safety violations. Bathroom was worn and dirty with no evidence of recent service. Restaurant was fully staffed(~20 people) but floor was dirty with many dirty tables at a slow time early evening. Noticed one waitress attempt to sweep but gave up quickly. Another waitress piled up more dirty dishes onto one of the several un-bussed tables — no place to put them in the kitchen? Puddles of water and debris on the kitchen floor clearly visible by the public. No one seemed to care. Had to send food back twice as if kitchen is purposely sabotaging the business by making food inedible. Difficult to flag down our waitress and check was wrong.

This is the worst«restaurant» food ever. We ordered their fried pickles as an appetizer. I had the«fajitas» plate and my date had the bacon cheeseburger, well the pulled pork looked like blended road kill. I have had the pulled pork fajitas from Chevys and they are NOTHING like this !!! Chevys fajitas are actually good. This is a terrible attempt at making an edible meal. They advertise their fajitas as one of their«Best«dishes. Well it was completely disgusting I couldn’t even bring myself to eat my food. Instead I sit here reaching over the table to eat my dates fries(I know, classy and soo romantic) not !!! I’m starving and the only edible thing in this place is salty French fries. I will never come back, yuck

Boyfriend had a giftcard, so we went on Sunday for all-day Happy Hour at the bar. Seated right away, but note that happy hour deals only served at the bar area. Got the loaded nachos with beef and full order of boneless wings for $ 4.99 each, and a ½ order of the cheese fries for $ 2.99. Lots of TVs to watch the football games as well. They have the touchscreen things at each table to view the menu, place orders, and pay for the check. Tasty happy hour/gameday food. Parking alright, not sure if Carino’s is still open next door.

Yes, Chili’s is a chain restaurant that has been around for a good long while now. It probably gets mixed into the bag that contains Applebee’s, TGI Friday’s, and places like those… but of all these similar chain restaurants, I like Chili’s the best, and would happily frequent the restaurant often. These 90’s era chain restaurants have gotten a bad rap recently. People seem to dislike the quality at places like these… and I would generally agree… but Chili’s always seems to hit the mark in terms of delicious, great tasting food. My favorite thing to do at Chili’s is to order off the 2 for $ 20 menu. This menu was a special promotion when it was first introduced, but has stuck around. ITISAWESOME if you’re going with someone to Chili’s. The 2 for $ 20 menu includes two full-sized entrée and an appetizer. It is a seriously great deal. Chili’s has been known for their baby back ribs, and yep, they are on the 2 for $ 20 menu. You can go for the original ribs or the Memphis dry version. Recently, I’ve been into the dry rub so I go for those. The ribs come with a side of fries. The ribs are great — I don’t think you can go wrong with them. There are lots of items on this menu for all sorts of tastes. My wife often wants a lighter option, and there are plenty of those with a special indicator meaning that they are deemed a more health conscious choice. For dessert, we can never pass up the molten chocolate lava cake. It’s an extremely moist chocolate cake filled with hot fudge and topped with vanilla ice cream. Oh yea… hard shell of chocolate on the top and caramel drizzle on the plate too! It’s well under $ 10 and very share-able. In terms of service, this location has done well. The servers have been very attentive in asking how we’re doing and when we need refills of our drinks. This Chili’s has started to implement ordering at the table stations, but the wait staff has not been affected. They do a really nice job. I really can’t find much fault with Chili’s. For the price, the service and the food are top notch. Like I said at the beginning, going to Chili’s? I’ll go too!
