Thanks «V» The best customer service I have had all year… all I did was order coffee!

Of the fast food burger joints, Carl’s junior is one of my favorites.
I love the zucchini, deep fried but I convinced myself the vegetable is good for me.
I usually just get the Big burger as I don’t eat a lot anyway, a burger, zucchini and water is more than enough for me.
LATELY I have been enjoying onion rings. I tried them at Carl’s on Folsom Blvd and they were good and fresh just like in the picture! I even ventured into a Burger king as there was no where ese to eat and the onion rings were very good.
I tried the onion rings at 6201 Mack Road today… WORST EVER! BURNED and hard as rocks, unbelievable! Take them off the menu if that is the best you can do.
I returned them to the counter and asked for a fresh order, it never ever came… I saw other orders come and go, they all looked very bad so after waiting and waiting I just rd them, KEEP THOSE ONION RINGS! YES, I PAID FOR AN ORDER I DID NOT RECEIVE but why should I break teeth, scary esophagus tissue and my upper and lower intestinal tract? Really! They were that bad! Shut it down, we are human beings here, you are going to hurt someone with those things!

Has to be the worst Carl’s Jr I have been to. Just bought a house around the corner and will not be coming here no more. This is my second time they had me park I front of the restaurant and wait for my food! 15 – 20 mins later they came out to bring me my food! I’m not sure why they do this as they had the car I front of me do the same thing. Corporate needs to get involved ASAP.

On Saturday, 3÷14÷15, I decided to hit up Carl’s Jr. on Mack Road since I was in the area.
Atmosphere/​Décor:
Nothing special. It’s just like every other Carl’s Jr. or fast food joint.
Food:
I’ve been seeing several advertisements for their new 100% hormone/​antibiotic free all natural burger. I decided to give it a try because it sounded pretty good and the burgers at Carl’s Jr. are usually on point. Man! I wish I never ordered this burger! It was nasty and flavorless. The burger patty actually tasted healthy and 100% natural which is a good thing overall but if I’m eating fast food I don’t want my burger to taste healthy. I want my burger to taste good and full of flavor. The burger was lifeless. I also ordered some criss-​cut fries. They were cold and didn’t taste that good. I only got about 5 or 6 criss-​cut fries in all. The serving size was very skimp. Over the years it seems like the quantity of the criss-​cut fries are getting smaller and smaller.
Service:
The girl that took my order was very nice. She had a great attitude. The service was good.
Overall:
This was the first time I’ve eaten fast food in a whole year. I totally regret it now and wish I didn’t eat here. The burger and criss-​cut fries weren’t good. Both were lacking in flavor. It was definitely a waste of calories. I’m pretty much done with Carl’s Jr.

This is the worst Carl’s junior I have ever been to. I went there on Sunday night, and the place was empty… just three people sitting n eating. There were no lines by the register and I was only one standing in front to give my order. There were two Indian girls standing behind the register talking. They looked at me and didn’t say anything. They continued to talk to each other while I waited. For a minute I thought I am at a wrong place. I waited while they continued talking coz I thought they might be busy discussing about their important graveyard shift down on Stockton blvd. It had been 15 mins as I stand in front without being helped. I waited 2 more mins and still nothing. I knew better to just walk out then to say anything to people like these because it will not make any difference to them. I didn’t wanna ruin my night anymore so I just walked out and went across the street to MacDonalds where I was greeted promptly and my order was taken right away.
I wonder what the manager is like at this Carl’s Jr when they have such ignorance, irresponsible, and disrespectful employees.

I go to this Carls Jr. quite frequently and I have to say that this was by far my worst expierence with them and their employees. I ordered a chicken club meal (small) when I got home and was ready to dig in I realized that I one had a LARGE fry and two had a completely different order altogether so my first step was to give them a call and communicate the fact that i was given a wrong order, well did I have the wrong idea! When I initially asked to speak with the manage the young man said she was there but within a few seconds he said that she wasnt there and was the one IN CHARGE. I cant believe I was out right lied to! I will NEVER be visiting this Carls Jr. again Incompetent liars as staff

I had to wait out front for my order, but it was worth every second. My chicken tenders came out piping hot, juicy and delicious. I always get a side order of nacho cheese to go with my criss-​cut fries, and Carl’s Jr. never stiffs you on the sauces. Even the ranch dressing packet for my salad seems bigger than the last time I ordered it.

Although the food and service is better than the Florin & Franklin location, I still received cold fries. My fish sandwich and tacos were dry. I don’t know if the lunch time rush had anything to do with it. Busy or not, that’s no excuse for poor product quality. Improvement is a must.

New manager Chris? Or Greg? Not sure his name but has blond/​reddish hair TERRIBLE customer service. For him to be the manager is a disgrace. He was very impatient in taking my order and seemed irritated. He also seems sexist. He did not ask I needed anything else. He does not seem to enjoy working and it is hey apparent.

This is the gettoest c-​Jr ever there was a big ass fly stuck to my cup. When I gave it back they acted like it was the norm no sorry or nothing. Really… Booooooo

I asked for a crispy chicken and got grilled. The location is scary at night due to the neighborhood its in. Kinda ticked that the girl assured me she understood my order and got it wrong anyway =/​Customer service not bad.

Clean efficient like other fast foods, some bum asked me for a quarter. Yet he had some pretty nice shoes? Why do I notice the stupid suspicious shit first? Could use a firmer had on management of getting rid of people loitering.
