Really? $ 7 for a burger and you cant make it the least bit edible? Ive had a long day and decided to stop for a dinner because i did not feel like cooking. I ordered the guac bacon burger and received a PILE of bun burger and about 10 scoops too much guac. Im literally eating the stupid thing with a fork. Maybe figure out a way to make it differently so its actually edible? I get everyone makes mistakes but some people are relying on this crap for dinner itd be nice if there was at least a little bit of effort. Smh.

The few times I’ve stopped at this location, has always resulted in a positive experience. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. The food is excellent, aside from Carls Jr having a great menu to choose from, the burgers and fries here are always hot and fresh. A few months ago, a new manager took over the store, it used to be a guy now it’s a lady. Let me tell you that my experiences since then have vastly improved. The manager… Carina, is always friendly and she definitely goes out of her way to ensure customers enjoy their visit.

Worst customer service, then after ordering pulled to the window to pay and no one collect my money for few min until my food was done.

Who trains this staff? I mean serious the first rule of thumb is greet your customer. Nothing’s better then finally speaking to someone when they’re ready to throw your food at you.

I live and work close by, and there are quite a few different fast food places to pick from, and I find myself picking this location above others. The main reason is that the workers and the customers seem to be nicer. It’s quiet. It’s clean. I often eat there and read a good book while eating and drink soda there. It’s one of my guilty pleasures.

3 visits and we are done! 1. We ordered thirty dollars worth of food. Late night run The fries were warm but hard as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. Our fresh hand made chicken tenders were rubbery and hard to take a bite as if they too have been sitting there. We were not happy and did not feed those to our kids. 2. Give it another shot. Chicken sandwich same as above the patty was rubbery and dark brown as if it was re dipped in the deep fryer just to make a little warm. Cheese was not even melted. REALLY 3.last try let’s stay away from the chicken. Ordered 25 dollars worth of food late night missing our jalapeño burger for a big Carl meat was dry as well as our fries again as listed in issue one cold but hard fries as if they were sitting under a heat lamp. I think it’s safe to say WEAREDONE WE tried calling 4817493 but it kept going to fax machine so we called the Fulton location also went to fax called the Arden location finally got an answer the lady was able to give me a different number for Marconi but that too still went to fax at 9pm what the heck. When do things get better grrrrr

Ok Unilocalers, I gotta do this… I rarely review fast food restaurants because, well, I don’t eat there very often and they are what they are. You kinda know going in what it will be like. For heaven’s sake, it’s fast food. Those of you that read my reviews know customer service is a big deal to me. I’ve seen several good food joints go away, not because their food sucked but because their people couldn’t find their butt with both hands if you paid them to do it. It’s sad to see customers stop patronizing a decent establishment simply because their personnel are lacking in basic CS skills. So today as, my boys and I were downing a couple of burgers after a hike around the park, a dissatisfied customer approached the counter with an item that he felt was inferior. A manager/asst mgr named John had to deal with him. I got to tell you Mr. John was a saint. He addressed the customer respectfully. The first words out of his mouth were«I’m sorry.» Do you know how rarely I experience that? John never offered excuses. He never once blamed any employee or the situation. He took personal responsibility for the order. He only wanted to make a paying customer happy. Now, I don’t know how much this boy makes but to whomever the franchisee is, this guy, John? Yea, he’s worth every penny. Pay the boy, or you will loose him… To John: Keep doing what you do bro! It is a recipe for your success. I know for a fact there is a Black Bear Diner at Natomas that could use you… For the record, I don’t even know John’s last name and I probably won’t be back very soon because I just don’t get out that way often enough. I’m Unilocaling about this because I like to see a hardworking dude do his job right especially when he doesn’t know anybody is watching him. That is true character. God Bless You Mr. John. You deserve this shout-out! Keep up the fight! I’m a fan!

I enjoyed my tradition of eating at this Carl’s Jr. every Christmas Eve last Thursday. I’m not sure how it started, or why it started, but it has been a thing for quite a few years. I did a Western Bacon Cheeseburger because it is what I get when I don’t feel like trying new promos or getting anything else on the menu. It’s my default burger, so to speak. Anyway, typical fast food service here. The dining room was very clean. So was the ordering/fountain area. An overall pleasant experience.

I never really eat here but my husband wanted too. He wanted to add pickle and tomato to his burger. And i wanted a chicken sandwich that wasn’t fried. Well my chicken sandwich was fried. And my husband didn’t get the pickle or tomato on his burger. The service was terrible, the server was so loud and talking to all her co workers. I know she has 6 kids and when she shared that, it sparked everyone to join in on the conversation. If everyone wasn’t paying attention to her i’m sure i would have got a sandwich that i actually ordered and my husband would have enjoyed his burger better.

Best chain fast food I’ve had in some time. Friendly, got my complicated order right the first time, clean, and they even had on two separate occasions, two different employees check on how I was doing. I heard some staff chatting and they were very positive about loving their jobs. Would drive a bit further to get my fast food from here.

DONOTEATHERE! I worked at this location in the middle of 2013 and the things I saw«behind the counter» disgusted me so much that I quit after 3 days of work. First off, the manager is a young fellow who prides himself in making this location better than it used to be. And boy has he gotten cocky about it. He contantly tells the employees«thats my money!» when they use too much lettuce or other materials. I threw away a disposable washrag because it was so dirty from cleaning that grease would leak out if it as I squeezed it. I threw it away and asked where the replacement rags were. The manager then proceeded to PULLTHEDIRTYCLOTHOUTOFTHEGARBAGECAN, wrinse it off with soap and water, then said«good as new» and told meto clean with it. I then was scolded about using papertowels to clean up wet spots because it was«throwing away his money». My other experiences include watching meat fall on the ground and put back into the fryer, as well as workers talking about how much they«think the customers are dumb shits» and«have no idea what they want». Also, under the health code, cheese slices have a 4 hour stand time in the burger making station. After the initial 4 hours they need to be thrown out. Cheese was left out for so long that the edges became stiff and discolored. I proceeded to throw them out when an employee told me not to because the manager would probably tell at us for«throwing away his money». These slices continued to be put on burgers. I have reported what I saw to corporate, however I dont know if it has changed anything. I am still so disgusted by this place, that I all together discontinued eating from Carl’s Jr.

The place is good but not the service. Waited forever for a spicy chicken sandwich n fries during noon time when there were no customers in front of me.

I’m not a big fan of Carl’s Jr., but it’s my husband’s favorite. He feels as passionately about a Carl’s Jr. burger as the sexy actress pretends to on the commercial. This location is the worst of the worst. Because it’s in my neighborhood and because of my husband’s love for its food, we’ve given this place chance after chance. No more. Sauce is burnt. Sauce is non-existent on burger. Food is lukewarm. Food is stale. They’ve screwed up orders too many times. When we’ve had to park our car and wait for them to correct said screwed up order, the workers have acted like supplying us with the food we ordered is a huge inconvenience for them. Heaven forbid we’ve then asked for a receipt! You’d think we asked for them to hand feed us by their responses. Complaining does nothing. We just won’t go here anymore.

This is my closest Carl’s Jr. and the home of my Low Carb Lettuce wrapped $ 6 burger. Great for Adkins dieters. They will lettuce wrap anything you want at no extra charge. Take that bun off anything, even the special dollar menu burgers or chicken sandwiches. They also have diet Dr. Pepper so its a total package here! ;-) And everyone else in my group is happy since they also have the Green Burrito Menu, all those flavorful burgers, criss cut fries, fried zucchini, and tons of drink options. Service here is pretty fast and it is fresh food that you are getting. They also do right by their customers I have went through drive thru and gotten a wrong item and I called and they gave me a free burger the next time I went in, to make it right. Don’t be afraid to go get a decent burger here and then get the kids something next door at McDonalds. I have done that on many occasions and just eat my $ 6 burger at McDonalds with the kids.

I love Carls Jr. burgers. Flame Broiled and full of fat. Not every day or week, but once and a while it has its place. Went there today and the onion rings in the Western Bacon are like rubber rings. The burgers must have been sitting there for a few hours. It was not one burger, it was all of them. Called to talk to the manager, and she was completely non-responsive to the problem. She spoke like I was crazy, and said everything was fresh. No satisfaction. She said she would give me one burger, if I come right in. If you want a good burger on the fast, skip this place. You can’t keep food sitting for hours, and expect customers to eat that. HOPEWEDON’T GETSICK!
