Burger King

Good food but the place is terribly dirty. Every single time I go it’s dirty and has sticky tables and scraps under the table. The chairs are also dirty as well as the windows. Now I go to a different location.

First off, the ladies who work here are very nice and have to put up with a LOT of crap from not so favorable customers.
That being said, yes, sometimes they are just having bad days and are tired– which makes them grumpy & forgetful with orders.
However, if you come here a lot and get to know them, you’ll find that they do their best and are actually really sweet!
The location isn’t the best, it’s often very dirty, and I would come during rush hour,
BUT I return for how nice they are.
Bathrooms require a free token, btw.

If I could give no stars I would, I sat in the drive thru for more then 15 minutes waiting to order, then they have me walk in the restaurant to get my order and when I asked for bbq sauce the lady had the nerve to ask me how much I spent as that was going to determine how many bbq sauces I was going get, I then said I spent 20 dollars and sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes and the lady that took our order laughed in my face. Worst customer service I have ever had.

Been here a couple of times. The chicken nuggets used to taste ok now they are horrible they were not even cooked all the way! The fries were dry. And the drive thru is creepy I saw a rat once! Smh gross!!! I’m so done with this place.

Spent $ 20 dollars on food had to park in front for someone to bring my food out, the person behind me got their food first, when the Burger King employee came out with my food she gave me so much attitude when I asked her for ranch and honey mustard, when she walked out of the door she was only holding one of each as shown in the picture, me personally don’t like burgers because food gets stuck in my teeth but my husband loves Burger King, after today I refuse to spend another penny at this cheap, stingy, full of rude workers establishment. I am refusing to spend my hard earned money on places that does not appreciate me as a customer as I did with Walmart.

To get the fries were a little more fresher but the hamburger was off the bun. The first thing I said is «you had one job»

Was really bad customer service. Got at Burger King at 11:20 pm before they closed and when I got to the order speaker I was introduced and stuff but kinda rudely and rushed. I had also already gotten my order ready before hand so I can give them a easy order. But still was so rushed and giving me a tone of voice. So then I ordered and went up to the window and seen the lady who was very rude still gave me some attitude and as for me I kept my cool and just been nice. I had the urge to tell her that she is really rude but, I kept it in. And so then I left and gotten my burgers

I just left this location the most dissatisfied I have ever been with Burger King. Not only was I completely starving but what was served up shouldn’t even be considered food. My chicken sandwich was greasy, sloppily made and disgusting. The woman working the window was so rude, on top of that she asked what sauce I wanted and gave me 1 of each for a whole sandwich and chicken fries. And forgot napkins apparently. Needless to say, I filed a complaint on their website letting them know their employees could obviously benefit with some extra training on how to prepare food and how to deal with people because apparently their mothers didn’t teach them that. I did not «Have it My Way» and BK has just lost all business with this consumer. Mediocre representation of mediocre food, I should have gone to Willie’s! Sad I wasted 20 bucks here

About a year ago was my last visit to th8s BK in Kmart parking lot. I really hope things have changed.
I wont ever go back because of my phobia of Cockroaches and the naussea thats comes withbit for me.
I would give a minus if possible.
The dining area had baby cock roaches.
I left without eating. I am afraid to see what kitchen was like.

If you’re thinking to go and eat at this place you get to be loco! I meant it I went to eat today oh! Man yes yes I saw a cockroach over their counter! I asked to talk with the manager but the guy never show up, I threw away the food I couldn’t eat it! Don’t take me wrong during a fame I would eat at this restaurant but not today, no way Jose this is bad this thing give bad reputation to the others Burger King restaurant I hope the management take care of business or they’ll be out of business soon!!!

We went to this location not too long ago since we were in the area and just wanted to grab a quick bite to eat. Service was okay and they did manage to get our order correctly. So no issues there. They are on par with what I would expect from pretty much any BK.
The biggest issue with this store IMHO is simply the location. The neighborhood is not one of the better areas of SacTown and panhandling is definitely an issue in the parking lot around this location and the adjoining businesses. However, the staff is friendly and food was hot and fresh which is what I expect when I go to any restaurant.
Not ever going to be our go to spot but not bad if you are hankering for a little fast food burger action and are in the neighborhood. Would probably be our choice over the McDonald’s that is situated right around the corner since the food quality is better and the service is done quickly and with a smile.

I had a coupon for a free Whopper. The manager said he wouldn’t take it. The girl at the drive thru wouldn’t let me finish my order. She talked over me and wouldn’t listen. This place sucks!

I swear I’ve been having the worst time with fast foods restaurants!!! how the hell are they gonna say download their app and get discount!!! Thats exactly what I did and when I got to their drive thru they said it’s not valid because it’s a corp? Seriously!!! Maybe they should write that shit in their fine print instead of making us go through all this bs!!! Pissed the eff off!

First of all Burger King in general needs to step their game up big time in the all the Sacramento stores! This location and the one on Folsom blvd near the 59^th st exit are by far, hands down, no comparison the WORST Burger King restaurants I have gone to; if not two of the WORST fast food restaurants I have been to!
My food is always wrong. I swear I have honestly never had my order correct here or at the Folsom location. It is frustrating to get home to have your order wrong am then have to double back, so now I end up looking like a b***h because I check my order in their face as soon as I grab the bag.
The drive through customer service is ridiculous as well. The attitudes of the workers is outrageous and the time it takes to get any service is beyond reasonable.
Burger King needs to step their game up and clean house; or they will be losing a customer.

I always go to this bk. the lines are not too bad, and they seem to always have my buy one get one free original chicken sandwich. and can u believe this bk is cheaper than the one on Stockton Blvd/​Florin… I went here one day, and to the florin the next, ordered the SAME thing but paid MORE AT FLORIN. Wtf? I brought my concern to their manager, but its a «different franchise». SO WHAT!!! SAME NAME, SAME STREET, BUT DIFFREMT PRICES! bottom line is this location was cheeper, so i only come here.

Ok, i hit rock bottom today. My inner self took over and I needed junk food. This was 2 hours ago and now I feel it. The older I get the longer it stays and harder I fall after eating a Whopper! The drive thru line was way long so I walked in and waited. With only one person in front of me they made us wait and wait like there were fifteen people. I need something for my belly! I think a trip to the store for several tumbs is now appropriate. Oh, the fries were hot AND the whopper with cheese was warm to cool. This was not a fine dining experience! Maybe I should give it a 5 star? I asked for it.

Fast food restaurants in the Stockton-​Fruitridge area aren’t exactly shining beacons of service and satisfaction, so I generally keep my expectations low and only feed there when absolutely necessary.
They’ve screwed up my order a handful of times, and you’ll likely be hassled by a bum or three by the time you get to the drive-​thru window.
I will give BK props for carrying a veggie burger. It’s not bad, although they seem to douse the thing in an entire jar of mayo. So much for going the healthy route. A&W has a much better fast food veggie burger, although it’s often hidden from the menu.
As for the fries… some years ago they changed their recipe, and I haven’t cared for them since. Onion rings are a nice option, especially since the fries suck., but they aren’t great either. Gotta hand it to McDonald’s, they know how to make a mean fry.
BK in general isn’t great. This location knocks them down another notch. You better be starving if you’re gonna drop in here.

If you work at a business around Fruitridge and Stockton, and you want Burger King, this is the only option you have… unless you want to drive down Fruitridge toward I-​5.
Their sodas are always flat. It doesn’t matter what you order — Coca-​Cola, Dr. Pepper, Diet Coke… their sodas have no carbonation.
Their food varies. Sometimes, you get okay food, sometimes you get really stale food, but rarely do you ever get what you’d expect. Unless you expect mediocre-​to-​stale food.
The one good thing about this place is the drive-​thru is always quick, there’s hardly ever a line, and they serve lunch menu items at all hours (not just after 10:30am). Want a BK Whopper at 7:30am with your coffee? This is the place to go.

Number one, this place on a cleanliness scale, is down right disgusting. The floor hasn’t been swept in only God knows how long, the tables all have food from what looks like weeks ago built up on them. And the people are not friendly at all, no personality, and all seem to be bleeding from their vagina’s constantly, and that is just the men who work there. Went here for the last time on Friday, I ordered a whopper, very simple, their famous burger, didn’t ask for anything special on or off of it. When I got home (went through drive thru this time), there was a BITE taken out of it. It had perfect teeth marks and everything. I’ve since called 3 times and left messages each time trying to get some response down there, and it’s now Monday night and still have heard nothing. I guess they don’t care and that is just how things are run there.
Do not EVER go here. Disgusting people.
