And that’s not even taking in to account all the meat we lugged home. If you ever take one of Mark’s classes, and I suggest you do, the one piece of advice I can honestly give is to not be a voyeur. Every bit of hands on was all performed by volunteers, basically you and you yourself were in control of what you got out of this class. So get in there and start hacking away.
