ARC Document Solutions

I went to ARC Document Solutions to get a print plexiglas mounted and they did a wonderful job. The print looks great, the plexiglas was cut nice and smooth, and they even finished the order a day earlier than scheduled. In addition, I e-​mailed them multiple times with various questions before going in and their replies were always prompt and polite.

I work in the Architectural Field and I have had nothing but the best possible experience with their team. Kacey, Brian and Will go above and beyond time after time. I wouldn’t even think about using anyone else.

In general, staff is professional and helpful. Print work is amazing.
However, the last time I was there, one of the counter staff who always deals with me was outright rude and inconsiderate. Not worth my time, patience, and money.

I did, at one point, give Browniew 5 stars, they now have a generous 3 start rating. If you read below I write about how they f’ed up and then fixed the mistake and how i thought that was great… so then I though I could bring in business from the Crocker (pt employer), but they totally messed that one up too. Of course they fixed it, but I’ve only had two business purposes with them and they made major boo boo’s each time, YIKES. Also, the staff is not very well informed on pricing, techniques, etc. I think I would search out someone else before returning…
I went to Brownies to get my photographs mounted and ready for framing. Since they are 20“x20″ I didn’t want to attempt the job myself. They had a few issues with 2 out of 9 prints and gladly reprinted the files and re-​mounted them. I appreciated that tremendously as the images are for a show. They are quick and professional and Ebone, from the front of the house is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back!
