Americana Rare Coin

This has become my go-​to shop for my coin collection. I’ve run into them at the coin shows over the last year or two, I’ve given them some challenging coins to grade, and in all cases they have been spot on. I had a few coins «quickly» graded by them, and their grades were 100% accurate to the third party grading companies I sent the coins to. One or possibly both of them have professional training in numismatic grading. It shows.
Even more, I’ve learned a lot by talking to them, and I’ve started trusting them with my coin grading services. It’s one thing to bring in some circulated silver to evaluate, it’s another thing to bring in a rare big dollar MS coin and get accurate feedback without any lowball tactics.
They have a pretty well organized shop with cents, nickels, dimes, quarters, halves and dollars in different cases. A particularly good selection of graded Morgans. They seem to do PCGS more than NGC or ANACS, but I didn’t sense any resistance to either of the other two grading companies.
If you don’t see it, it’s probably because they ran out of display real estate. Ask, if they don’t have it — they can get it.

Americana has a very nice storefront with many interesting things on display. They communicate well, and have been very friendly and treated me well! They also have been super nice about making good deals, especially for my silver wants!
I really enjoy visiting the shop and get excited about having a reason to go back
