I live down the road from this Dunks and I have had more than a few bad experiences with customer service here. One particular occasion the drive-through associate refused to take my order of just a medium hot coffee, yikes! I do not recommend this location, take the extra five minutes to travel a little further down rt. 1 to Aroma Joes, where the service is excellent.

This Dunkin location can be hit or miss. Approximately half the time, I am greeted at the inside counter by an individual who has no customer service skills at all. Typical of this interaction is a very tired, very trodden looking person approaching me and just staring. No «How can I help you?», not even a «What do you want?», just silence and a stare. In another instance, I may be greeted by a nice smile and friendly demeanor. Often, when service isn’t fast, I get a very heartfelt apology, which is always appreciated. So, hit or miss customer service, and typical Dunkin product. You decide.

This particular store left a bad taste in my mouth so I felt the need to comment here. I went there twice because I was on vacation in an area where most seasonal places were closed. I went in the store the first time and it basically was run by young kids who didn’t seem to care which is typical of fast food, but I was waited on by a person with a manager tag; she looked like she was 19. She really showed no people skills, didn’t say«thank you» after the transaction and yelled at her employees in the background while waiting on me which I didn’t appreciate. The next day I try the drive thru and first I am greeted with, «wait a minute», then after I give my order, she just says«drive forward». After I receive my order, I not only get the wrong doughnut but when I am handed my bag, I don’t get a «thank you» or anything. I mean is it really so hard to have common customer service courtesy and say, «thank you», or «have a nice day»? I mean if you just hand someone a bag with no greeting or response, that usually means the transaction isn’t done yet which can be confusing for the customer. The bad service is a reflection of the young and inexperienced workforce/management in this chain.

This is truly one of the poorest run Dunkin chains I’ve ever been to. Routinely 15 – 20 minute drive thru wait times if it is even a remotely busy time. The staff there are incredibly slow moving and can’t seem to get even basic orders right. I’ve had several coffees there that were truly disgusting. The worst part is it is impossible to get in touch with management at this location to provide feedback. It is horribly run. I wouldn’t trust the quality of food/drinks there either.

I’ve never waited so long for an iced tea. Worse service I’ve ever seen. Don’t waste your time! Everyone that was«working“was chatting away. Looked like the manager was flitting around but they needed a second person waiting on customers. we’ll never go there again!!!

Very poor service and often incorrectly served drive though orders. I would skip this Dunkin. Waiting in line for 20 minutes to be met with unsatisfactory service does not make for a pleasant experience.
